Some youtube channels and few others are speaking as if they know more than IIT Madras and the international consultants involved. They are amplifying a small, routine change and adding masala + imaginary problems. My video still holds. The adjustment is only on a short stretch — shifting from centre-pier T-structure to portal frames over a few extra metres near the stations. Portal frames were already part of the design (not newly invented). This is a normal design change request / execution tweak involving structure based on new findings, not a fundamental redesign or failure.
