A lot of you asked how we come up with the AI song concepts. Here's how we actually do it
First, why they even work
A song has a totally different fatigue curve than a script. A spoken claim gets worse on view three. A catchy hook gets better on view three
That's the whole reason this ad has been our top spender for months while everything else died out in a few weeks
Okay, now let me explain the method
1. The song is about their life, not your product
biggest mistake you'll make is writing a jingle. verse is the problem, chorus is the turn, product shows up once at the end
2. The lyrics come from reviews
Pull your 2 and 3-star reviews, your support inbox, Reddit
You're hunting for sentences people actually said. Our best lyric was taken almost word for word from a review.
3. Pick the emotion before the genre
frustration → country or blues
relief → acoustic, folk
confidence → hip hop
absurd → pop punk
genre comes from what they feel, not what you like.
4. Write the chorus first and make it one sentence
your chorus is your hook. if that line wouldn't work on its own as a static, the song won't convert
5. Be way more specific than feels comfortable
"3am" not "at night." melody carries specificity in a way a script can't, and specific is what makes it relatable
6. Generate long, cut short
Suno gives you 4 minutes you need 15 seconds. Make 20, keep 2, cut the best 8 bars.
7. Keep the visual cheap and native
The song is the ad. Over-produce the visual, and you kill the native feel that got you the attention
8. One winning song is ten ads
Same lyrics, new genre
Same melody, new lyrics
lyrics on screen vs off
That's why ours is still running. We didn't find an ad, we found a winner template
Steal it.

I have seen many dropshippers fail just because they scaled the broken funnel
When you don't have much back up capital, don't scale too fast when you are below BE ROAS.
I see many of you are fascinated with the Shopify dashboard revenue and try to brag about it
But when your P&L dashboard says otherwise, you will fail miserably
Even If you're running subscriptions, stay aware of your CAC payback period and focus on improving your LTV: CAC ratio, otherwise no one will come to save you
When you start to see some traction and your concepts hit, then don't be afraid to scale the fuck out of it.
We did exactly this for a wellness brand and scaled the shit out of it

Many of you asked Is Dubai safe or not
Here’s my honest opinion:
Dubai is pretty much safe right now.
I was there during the missile attacks as well, first couple of days were tough but with the air defense system they got, you actually feel safe even during the war.
I went back again last week and honestly it’s a great place to lock in and build a strong connections with like minded people.

Ecom tip: if you’re ever struggling to ideate your next winning ad, get yourself a vanilla ice latte and a Shisha(Marbella flavor) and see what ideas your mind can access.
I just do this and always come up with a banger.
Hope this helps:)

Meta needs to hit a certain % of bans to say they are working against fraud, so everyone is happy, and they’re giving the AI the allowance to just auto-ban everything that has suspicious movement
It can be a fake account, an account only using FB accounts and not actually being used properly, proxies, sus names, company addresses not matching with the BM & ad account, things like that
It’s just AI being AI
Best setup as usual is a BM created by a profile that has your real name, your real ID is verified, everything matches, and you’re just chilling
We’ve had 0 bans for many clients for sooo long
I’m also not the biggest fan of agency ad accounts because even if you’re at high spend, you don’t really have any benefits from it
If it’s on your own BM and owned by you, at least you get qualified for an account manager that actually can do things and help you when you need it
Get it sorted so you don’t lose the momentum going into Q4

Here's how we build avatars for 8- and 9-figure Supplement Brands.
Most brands write one avatar. A demographic, a few interests, a paragraph nobody opens again.
Then every ad gets written for that one person.
We build five, and we score each one on three things.
1. Leading desire:
Not the benefit. The thing they already want, in their words.
"Get through the afternoon without feeling like a zombie" is a leading desire.
"Supports healthy energy" is a label.
If you can't write it as something they'd say out loud, you don't have it yet.
2. Awareness level, out of 5
1. Doesn't know they have the problem
2. Knows the problem, doesn't know solutions exist
3. Knows solutions exist, doesn't know you
4. Knows you, not convinced
5. Ready, just needs a reason to act now
This decides what your first line has to be. An ad that opens with your product name is written for a level 4, and level 4 is maybe 3% of your market.
3. Market sophistication, out of 5
1. First to market, a plain claim works
2. Competitors arrived, the claim has to get bigger
3. Claims are exhausted, now you explain the mechanism
4. Mechanism is exhausted, now you need a better mechanism
5. Everything is exhausted, so you sell identity instead of claims
This decides how you're allowed to say it.
Most supplement brands are selling into sophistication 4 or 5 with sophistication 1 copy, which is why "clinically proven" stopped moving anyone years ago.
Put together, one avatar looks like this.
Avatar: new mom, 8 months in
Leading desire: "Stop feeling like a zombie by 3 pm"
Awareness: 2
Sophistication: 4
That tells you exactly what the ad is.
You open on the 3 pm crash, not the product. And you don't make a claim, you explain a mechanism, because she's already tried three things that made claims at her.
Same product.
Five avatars.
Five completely different first lines.
That's where creative volume actually comes from.

I onboarded this wellness brand 40 days ago. They had never spent more than $60k in a month.
In August:
We spent $172,567.
And generated $798,348 in revenue.
With 4.63 ROAS.
Got 18,326 orders at a $9.42 CPA.
We didn't change the offer.
We didn't restructure the account.
We didn't find some targeting edge.
We fixed creative supply.
And here's the part that's going to annoy most of you.
Most of the formats driving this account are AI.
1. Pixar-style animations
2. AI UGC
3. AI Characters
4. Statics
All produced in-house by our team.
No creator roster, no shoot days, no waiting three weeks on footage that comes back wrong.
That's the entire unlock.
When producing a new angle costs you a day instead of a month, you stop rationing tests and start actually running them.
Most brands aren't stuck because they're out of ideas. They're stuck because every idea has to survive a production queue before it ever spends a dollar.
If your creative pipeline depends on a shoot day, it isn't a pipeline. It's a bottleneck.

everyone's about to rebuild their whole account around native ads, and half of them are gonna lose money doing it lol
native isn't a format, it's a trade.
you're giving up authority to buy authenticity.
works great if you're selling a $40 impulse thing.
buyer doesn't need to trust you, they just need to want it.
But think about it for a sec.
nobody's dropping $700 off a blurry photo that looks like someone's screenshot.
at that price, they're looking for reasons to feel safe, and your camouflage just reads as sketchy.
same with anything aspirational.
in fashion or beauty, the polish IS the product.
you make it look amateur, and you just torched your own perceived value to win a ctr contest.
and if people need specs or a comparison before they buy, a listicle static gets you the click and loses you the sale.
also running aggressive hooks in supps and telehealth isn't a strategy bro, it's a countdown on your ad account.
ctr goes up, cpc drops, everyone's celebrating, and cvr quietly falls off a cliff.
cheap clicks aren't cheap customers.
test native.
just watch what it does to your conversion rate before you bet the whole account on it.
