Managed to see Manjit Thapp’s exhibition titled, ‘My Head is a Jungle’. It’s such a safe and inviting space. I love this collage - personal truths laid bare, spurring on the next. The candour of each person opened my eyes to our shared human condition on an intrinsic level.

@manjitthapp's "Head is a Jungle" at @NOWGallery draws upon the similarities between the jungle and our minds. Set out in a maze, it's complete with dead ends and moments of light & shadows that mirrors navigating your way through your feelings. bddy.me/3D03YAj

Manjit Thapp's debut graphic novel traces a year in the life of a young woman, with a structure inspired by the six-season calendar used in some parts of South Asia. Her dreamy illustration style uses the colours of each season to express emotional highs and lows.
