"Actually, 2026 has been the most difficult year for me so far. Both physically and mentally, I felt like I couldn’t really get a grip on things. I experienced a lot of lethargy. I’ve realized that when I feel like there’s nothing I can do or nothing I can change, I become really lethargic. I had a lot of those thoughts this year. But I think because I went through 2023, I was able to make it this far this year. Perhaps that experience helped me endure what I was going through. In life, whether we want them or not, we’ll inevitably go through all kinds of different experiences. I don’t particularly regret the choices I made at those times. It may differ depending on the person, but ultimately, whether you get back up after experiencing something difficult or allow yourself to be defeated by it is your own choice. So I really want to tell people that if you live your life proactively and take ownership of it, you’ll eventually be able to overcome whatever difficulties you face"
