Wanna address this I actually think this line of thinking can make entrepreneurs really F'ed in the head and always feeling like it's not enough This is a common sentiment, but if you look around at small businesses it really doesn’t make sense 99% of successful small businesses are not growing. In fact most reach a local maxim and that’s totally fine I think about my dad’s architecture practice. Once he was booked up he was booked up. His business did not grow over the years, but it was absolutely a success, he loved it, it made plenty of money to support our family There are so many local businesses (gyms, restaurants, salons, etc) that are absolutely thriving but certainly not growing every single year. They’re busy, they’re full, they can’t grow without adding more locations which is a disaster more times than not! It can be really fun to grow a business, and of the great things about SaaS is we often can keep growing year after year (Paperbell currently is!) But also - you can hit a number that works for you, maintain, and be good with that! That’s how most small businesses operate
