You have inventory stored at our PAE2 fulfillment center in Arlington, Washington, on a floor that is undergoing essential facility upgrades. During these upgrades, your inventory that is stored on that floor will be temporarily marked as Reserved and cannot be shipped to customers or removed. Your inventory will be available for sale by the end of September 2026.
You will not be charged storage fees or surcharges for this inventory until it’s available for customer shipments. In the unlikely event that a charge appears in error, it will be reimbursed within one billing cycle.
To review your inventory that's stored at PAE2, go to the Inventory Ledger report. The status will change to On-hand once the inventory becomes sellable again.

We cleared a brand review for a brand that I have sold 10k of units of over the last 6 years(over 1.4 million in gross sales) and I can't reactivate my inventory. I'm days away from having over 1200 units removed and I find the brand is hard gated for me (I can't apply to get ungated)
