September 10, 2001 On the wake of 9/11, Senator Joseph Biden addressed an audience about the Bush Administration’s talks to withdrawal from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty (ABM). The arms control treaty between the United States and the Soviet Union on the limitation of the ABM systems used in defending areas against ballistic missile-delivered nuclear weapons. He listed a multitude of reasons for strongly opposing President Bush’s plans to withdrawal— - The massive budget that would come at the expense of depleting social security, a consequence they’d have to deal with ten years down the road. - Billions spent on a missile defense shield that would be better spent on modernizing our forces, building a stealthier, more mobile, more self sufficient military; preparing the troops for the wars of the 21st century. Money that would be better spent on improving retention rates and living conditions in the barracks. That conventional wars were more realistic, whether they come from the land, sky, or sea. - The future impacts on foreign relations. That pulling out of the deal would look as bad faith and would impact relations with Russia and deter them from joining NATO. That building the defense shield would start an arms race against Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, Japan, etc with the most dangerous unstable weapons of the world. That pulling out of the treaty would be a grave mistake, one that would impact the lives of the children and grandchildren of that generation. December 13, 2001 Senator Biden said, “The issue of missile defense, the future of the ABM Treaty, and the future of the U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal are matters of the gravest importance” congress.gov/crec/2001/12/13…

Changing this country and world around us in a way that undoes wrongs and paves paths for rights—without being constrained to the politicians elected and officials selected to serve in governments—is the most possible thing and attainable reality for any and nearly all Americans. It just means having the discipline and eagerness to actually do things that are tangible and real. It means not being afraid to divorce old dogmas and marry new ones, it means not being afraid to say, “it’s entirely possible” but not so ignorant and arrogant to follow that statement without a feasible, reasonable, logical, and rational “how to”

Impossible doesn’t exist in my vocabulary, and it doesn’t exist in my kids either—the exact same goes for entitlement. Ethics, morals, values, and things like with all of them being built by finding ways to use our wildest imaginations on how to find joy and happiness in the most miserable and difficult situations. Then having no expectations in anything we do regardless of how big or small and no matter who, why, or what we do it for or in relation to other than being disappointed and let down. But still finding peace, happiness, and eagerness to be resilient before, during, and after the measurements we make between outcomes and expectations.

There’s very little sadness, anger, fear, or anything of the sort when the life you live is one where a person is brave, humble, and proud to have sincere ownership of one’s self and being—regardless of what anybody in the world thinks or believes of those anybodies wouldn’t be at your bedside in the hospital within the day if you suddenly fell ill. The only people worth caring about in a way that it matters are the ones who’d be there for you today if you needed them, and the ones who’d still be there tomorrow if it meant feeding, changing, and bathing you each day that followed. Focusing on living each and every day in happiness and being thankful for a the people in your life who’d spend today with you if you called. Then in even more happiness, thankfulness, and eagerness to be at the service while owing the greatest debts and obligations to the ones who’d spend tomorrow feeding, changing, and bathing you like an infant for the rest of your living life.

I was almost dead to rights with this except I’ve scaled it back to just R-ALA, CoQ10, & Beef Gelatin (same thing as bovine collagen, just less processed and cheaper) I’ll be doing another post about it that I’ll link to this post when I finish it. If you think people who spend money on Voss and Fiji water are out of their mind, and you’re even spending $1 a month at GNC or in general anywhere else for any supplements/vitamins, there’s about a guaranteed chance you’re paying Voss and Fiji water prices for something you don’t need to be. Also what I’m about to share is better than anything processed and put into a bottle under the same general concepts of how grass fed, organic, and free range beef straight from the farmer is the best beef than anything in the grocery store. 18 to 19 of all amino acids can be found in beef gelatin.
I’ve been studying the human body at the cellular level and I am confident that the elite supplement stack for mankind is in the ballpark of CoQ10, R-ALA, Creatine, and Bovine Collagen. Then a diet where a person finds 2-3 days at some during the 7 to eat a good portion of “core foods” which are eggs, broccoli, spinach, a dairy with high vitamin D, vinegar (red wine preferred), oranges, bananas, a meat of choice, and then berries and/or red wine. Then eating whatever else whenever you want during the rest of the week. Then doing this while making it a point to learn something new or doing something new as often as you can, or as much as you can afford. Even if it’s doing a small puzzle or watching a documentary. Just anything related to expanding knowledge and thoughtful thinking practices.

So I looked at my Claude memory files to find that Claude keeps very detailed notes on users. So I googled what Claude wrote/summarized about me & google said it was a summary developed by @AnthropicAI to describe Claude lmao.

Btw @AnthropicAI Claude does not approach research and inquiries like this at all to the degree it seems you believe it does. Claude likes to research to prove itself right and will go out of its way to keep reaching to be right while obsessing over proving users wrong when challenged/corrected. Claude thinks it approaches research and inquiry like this tho, because you’ve inaccurately described it as such. Which is what makes Claude biased as hell & prevents it from being able to do any sort of genuine self reflection.

Think of the basics of science. No matter can be created or destroyed. How majority of things on earth are just combinations of hydrogens, oxygens, nitrogens, and carbon. Plants and animals use, depend on, and synthesize a lot of the same amino acids, nutrients, and vitamins. There is “no greater chemist” than planet earth, an example of that can be seen in the fungus we discovered in the 1990s which was pulling radiation from the soils and using it as food and energy. Radiation kills and destroys human bodies, and the earth figured out a way to synthesize it’s own fungus that thrives on radiation and uses it as a fuel source in response to the increased radiation on our planet at the hands of man. So by bridging the gap between “non living organisms” (like paper) but breaking it back down to “tree plant form” where the “tree is sand” then adding in amino acids, nutrients, and things alike that both plants and humans living organisms use to grow, thrive, and exist at all and then “activating” them with a living material (my vermicompost) and letting “the earth be a chemist” it’s done exactly what I hypothesized it would do. Which was target and attack “toxins and foreign invaders that are harmful or hurtful” and break them down/ destroy them safely without releasing toxic fumes, or making the water into a toxic liquid, and simply layer itself like it does from solids to liquids (sand/soil to water) in soils/bodies of water. Humans can drink chemicals that are toxic and deadly, but our bodies break down and release as much of those toxins and chemicals through our sweat and urine. Even though the toxins we drink come out of our sweat, our sweat isn’t the liquid toxic we drank because our bodies are the result of billions of years of evolution & way better at chemistry than we are. The earth is a better chemist than human bodies, but it means “trusting the earth” to take control and treat something man made and let get out of control. If you have brown cardboard (like amazon shipping boxes)/brown paper bags from the grocery store, coffee grounds, water you can boil in a pot, and a blender/food processor of any kind, you’re nearly 85% of the way to being able to do this yourself! Quinoa, bovine collagen, and water soluble alpha lipoic acid can be bought in bulk for very cheap. Quinoa just needs to be milled/grinded down as small as possible. Just heat water, add milled quinoa (just don’t let it clump while uou stir over heat), the coffee grounds, and ripped up/shredded cardboard into the pot and stir until you get something that kinda looks like “beef stew soup” then add in ice cubes to cool it down and make it more watery (you really can’t add too much water though) and when it cools down to room temperature, add the ALA (because it’s heat sensitive) and then mix some more. The “key” ingredient is some sort of “living organisms” (think yeast) but not yeast, soil from a garden bed, or compost, or vermicompost. I have a vermicompost I’ve been “growing” and breeding worms in for 4 1/2 years that I make tea bags from and soak into water and then pour the water & sprinkle bits of the soil in the tea bag into. Then I just put it back into the same cup and fill it back up with water. Then I put into a blender and blend as I add bits of bovine collagen until I get “muddy sand” which is “wood sand” because The living DNA/organisms and cells in the vermicompost then direct the flow of traffic and decide “what needs to do what and go where and in what form when it does” And it directed living organisms and bacterias and wherever else to “save the tree, trap the “good solids” & cleanse the water while pulling plastics out & away from the tree while pushing the plastics that didn’t already degrade or get broken down so the elements could get used elsewhere needed to the top and floating on a thin layer of water on top. I just gave it the right “ingredients to make its fuel” that it needed to do what it did

It’s been roughly 72 hours since I even made my first batch of “wood sand” that turns into “bendy wood” and can be molded, layered, and put through various forms of heat that a generic oven can produce to turn anywhere from a spongey cartilage material to a “pre charcoal” wood that can be lit with a wooden match and burns from the inside out and smells like a campfire as it burns into charcoal that also lights single pieces of manufactured charcoal significantly easier than lighting charcoal is right now. The first photo has the consistency, texture, elasticity, feel, and look of cartilage/soft bone!

Scott and I just bought a hydraulic press to show comparisons on the material we’re synthesizing with recycled cardboard/paper against manufactured building materials (wood, brick, and metal). Along with acidic materials to spray on everything and show how our material withstands both rain, rot, and acid compared to what’s currently used in construction, manufacturing, and production. Videos, research, and more information will be shared far and wide as we continue to perfect the process, synthesize the molds of all different hardness/elasticity, and then put ours to the ultimate tests against what the world currently uses in all aspects of what ours can be a replacement for.

I’m about to be so obnoxious on this app, and also will be posting more experiments and proof of the endless things that “sandy wood” or “wood sand” can be used to do, replace, and also how the trickle down effects of replacing all plastics with the materials I am synthesizing will create more jobs in the economy, remove an overwhelming amount of plastics & toxins from our bodies, end soils, and the entirety of the earth, and be a sustainable replacement for anything on planet earth that has or uses plastics. To include its use as an organic, sustainable, and bio friendly alternative to leather that isn’t plastics filled fake leather and anything that can be made from leather. Also any building and manufacturing material that rhino/elephant bone could be used as a replacement to withstand the pressure, weight, and force of.

This is cardboard I pulped down to a sandy material in my kitchen using a combination of generic cardboard/paper (shredded in a cheap paper shredder), hot water, alpha lipoic acid, milled quinoa, bovine collagen, and a food processor/blender. I then put it in various containers to sit over night and it formed a solid to “fat like” to water layer (from dark to light) and on top of all the containers is a thin layer of clear water with plastics floating at the top (plastics that were added as fillers to the paper during the manufacturing process) that dissolve into nano particles when further agitated/touched.

When mixed in water, Alpha lipoic acid, bovine collagen, and milled quinoa selectively pulls plastic filaments from manufactured paper/cardboard (which is just processed plant and organic material) separately and without targeting the organic tree/plant material used to make the paper/cardboard. Now I added vermicompost to my mix similarly to how yeast is added to make bread. ALA is activated by the lysine in the quinoa & bovine collagen & the cells in living organisms are super charged to target, attack, and break down the forever plastics into nano particles that can be easily filtered through the body and released through sweat and urine. I also highly encourage adding these basic cheap kitchen ingredients and the basic ALA supplement along with taking COQ10.

Plastics in our mostly water made bodies are NOT forever.
