Just like Fahey yesterday, Keinholz had to enter the middle of a big game without having practiced any snaps with the starters in preparation. Fahey will get reps and a tailored game plan in prep for USC. They also have 2 weeks to work on it.

You’re approaching this as if the decision-makers have this grand plan to improve the game. They don’t. This is about 2 conferences trying to guarantee as many teams as possible get in. It’s about a TV network obsessed with controlling the narrative and money end-to-end. This is about a money grab by everyone who thinks they can get more. This doesn’t improve the college game and it’s not intended to.

It won’t change for the better. If it would, then why not 32? Why not 48? Why not 64? There’s a point of diminishing returns. 24 is a completely unnecessary money grab. And, by the way, ESPN is ensuring it all goes through them.

There are nowhere near 24 potential national champs. 12 was too many for a legit playoff. We have a couple of teams make the playoffs each year who can’t compete. 8 was probably the sweet spot.

I expect him to have his first INT of the season on Saturday.

So, I answered without adding a negative comment. Thanks for clarifying for me that you are, in fact, BOTH simple AND stupid.

People use JJ and Jeremiah interchangeably without any explanation. I was confused at first too.

Of course he will go to the NFL after this season. He’s possibly the number 1 pick in the draft. That’s not a mystery. It’s the expected norm.

He should, but most everything he does elevates Jeremiah more. So, it’s Jeremiah’s year to win it.

They always have to make things up and blame their utter incompetence and failures on someone else. The cheating was stopped. Hairbaugh bailed. Sherrone was a fall guy and a horrible hire. The AD has been incompetent. That program was a dumpster fire for years. And they think the next coach can just flip a switch and fix it all in less than a year.
