Highly anxious, full of creativity, loaded with ideas — I opt to sit down in front of the camera to organize what’s swirling, calm what’s stirred, and to express what’s going on inside. Join me as I turn the mess of many ideas into the package it was bundled into.

Seek to understand.
Make fewer assumptions.
Give more credit.
Judge less.
Love more.
@makeitraine11 …..love it ❤️
I recently posted a blog that is a reflection on my most recent depressive episode.
Strongly feel the piece speaks not just to my own experience but the negative mind spaces we can all find ourselves in and why it’s so hard to speak up while IN it.

The opportunity to jump on with Janine allowed me the chance to articulate things I’ve never spoken on before.
This is the beauty of joining in discussion with aims of sharing and learning.
Does any of what we discuss resonate with you?

Maybe the most powerful piece of content I've ever released.
Excited to share these lessons of which I continue to learn and work hard towards -- and as you can see within the video -- are far easier discussed than felt.
Share this with someone.

Just curious but would appreciate any feedback! 💥
What kind of content do you like most from your organizations and what do you think they could improve on?
Anything that you personally love to see or would like to see more?
Brilliant to have been able to join such a roster of individuals speaking on topics of mental health and well-being as I was able to team with @WellbeingQUB for an afternoon of sharing and gaining perspective.
