I'm not. I noticed this trend back in the 90's . I have been working in IT since the mid-80's and have witnessed almost half of my team being replaced with Indian H1Bs in the US. My old company laid off 20,000 Americans in the late 90's and opened up a huge OFFSHORE IT shop in Chennai, India in the same year (gee... what a coincidence?).
