And I’ve married into a family from the very heart of Telangana - Karimnagar. See that rather large floral Bathukamma in the background ? I spent pretty much the whole day decorating it 😂, and that’s what we celebrated with! The silver Bathukamma was my mother-in-law’s way of welcoming me into a tradition that’s so close to her heart ❤️ Surely, there’s room for a mother’s love alongside tradition ❤️
