Current team focus at XBorg
Increase transparency on XBorg's fundamentals with our transparency dashboard. The gap between the progress on business development and product growth is too large. It should be solved within the next 2 weeks.
Continued efforts on business development. We are now at a stage where we are signing much bigger entities than esports teams, currently signing a Fortune 500 company. We are expanding our tech footprint in sports, brands, and content creators. Our BD director is leading the initiative, but 3 other business developers will join. More entities means more revenues and larger XBG buybacks.
Understand that the speculation premium that XBG had at its inception and in the "DEX-meta" is now gone. The new meta will be: revenue/growth/adoption where we are well positioned but too quiet. #1 should help.
Embrace crypto's core product-market fit: Speculation, with @XBorgAI that will be a pure play in the field. We have our first activation in July with a product release post summer. Expect much more ties to XBG.
XBG utilities are a tradeoff with growth where it's hard for us to embed XBG with the world's largest teams, but we are setting the foundation with fiat <> XBG conversion in the backend. I would much rather get paid by the largest companies in the world than pay them to embed XBG, which is the model that many other protocols followed but hasn't worked.
Be aggressive. We have solid financially with 32 months of runway. Now is the time to take risks and accelerate.
Lock in the KOLs that really convert and scrape the smaller activations. We shouldn't work with more than the 4-5 top guns.
The current altcoin market is hard to navigate but it makes it even more exciting, we will come out on top. Adversity causes some men to break, others to break records.
I am very happy with the progress of the team on all front and I am more than confident that the market will recognize the value created
