2024 was tough. I can’t be the best athlete every time I hit the water, but I’ll always strive to be the best person I can be. Thanks to everybody who follows, supports, and believes in everything I aim to do. It’s a privilege and a blessing to have you all in my corner.

Big things in the cooker for 2025 - it’s going to be the most challenging, and hopefully most rewarding, year of my life to date. 🫡

Silver doesn’t feel like white gold tonight. But I won’t let any medal define me - silver, bronze, or gold. I’m a man chasing a dream, and I have the best team in the world sharing that same vision.

This week’s races haven’t gone as planned. But sport is honest, and Paris has shown me where I am on this path. To make a leap forward, sometimes you take a couple steps backwards. I trust my team, and I trust our process. So this isn’t a turning point… it’s just the journey.

Proud of the athlete I was in the race, and the person I am on the podium. Bronze, but it feels like rose gold. 🦘🐨
