@boostpoweruk - how is someone supposed to get an emergency appointment when you wait for two hours on hold then get cut off??? I’ve lost 3 hours of wages trying to sort this today. 😠

They’ve sent this reply, suggesting I call the same number to get an emergency appointment to fix the meter/supply. The same number that cut me off after 2 hours earlier. And web chat says they’re too busy to help. 😡

@boostpoweruk Cut off from customer service call after two hours, still on hold with webchat for over two hours, still at No.169, gas off since yesterday. Web app and gas meter not updating payments, cannot reconnect. Absolutely disgusted. Please contact and correct ASAP!
