NEVER EVER DO CAKE CUTTING BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS OF YOUR KIDS IN ORPHANAGES. It’s like showing off your dancing skills in front of crippled people. Go and donate money, food and new clothes without any celebrations.

Parenting isn’t 50/50. It never will be, because the role of a mother is inherently more demanding (especially in the early years). Instead of obsessing over dividing parenting duties equally, a dad should focus on caring for the mother, supporting her and making her life easier so that she can devote more of her time and attention to their children. He takes care of her so that she can take care of them.

There was something special about being a kid when adults didn't feel the need to entertain you every minute of the day. Your parents could take you somewhere incredibly boring, and you were just expected to deal with it. The bank. The hardware store. Your mother's friend's house, where you sat on a couch covered in plastic and weren't allowed to touch anything. Nobody handed you a screen. Nobody worried about whether you were having fun. You studied the wallpaper. You read the same magazine three times. You stared at the clock and wondered if the second hand had stopped moving. And if you made the mistake of asking, "Can we go now?" your mother gave you that look. You know the look. The one that could end your entire afternoon without a single word being spoken. I swear, we developed half our imagination simply because our parents refused to entertain us. Looking back, I think being bored was one of the best things that ever happened to us.

In the wake of the Chorbagan incident, everyone has already picked their narrative: • CPIM: "Everything existed before, only the BJP govt is new—so blame them. Nothing happened in our era; you need us back." • TMC: "This is exactly why Didi inaugurated pandals before Mahalaya to disperse crowds. Pure vision. This is why we need Didi." • Non-creators: "Blame the vloggers and reel-makers. They hyped it up; ban them next year." • High-rise elites: "Why host a grand puja in a congested alleyway in the first place? Shut it down." Funny how no one wants to talk about collective civic sense. God forbid we admit our own utter lack of basic decency. We will shove from behind when there is literally zero room to move. The moment a barricade rope lifts, we sprint through a 20-foot bottleneck, trampling whoever falls ahead. We ignore police, volunteers, and organizers. But the second a disaster strikes, we pass the buck. The logic is simple: “𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.” Why learn basic civic sense when pointing fingers is free?

19 people have died in a stampede. There is no doubt that this tragedy reflects the failure of the administration, a lack of civic sense among the public, and the incompetence of the committee. However, the way leftists are celebrating the deaths of 19 people simply because they see this accident as an opportunity to corner the BJP proves just how despicable they are. As a great thinker once rightly said, “The only good communist is a dead communist.”

I love that his defence is effectively main toh raste se jaa raha tha main toh bhelpuri kha raha tha
Actor Imran Khan, in his challenge to a Leave India Notice, has told the court that he went near Mumbai's August Kranti Maidan on October 10 only "being curious about what was happening on the ground as far as student protesters were concerned". When police told him the area was restricted, his "curiosity ended", and he complied with the directions "and proceeded towards his parked vehicle", reads his writ petition in the Bombay High Court against the notice directing him to leave the country by October 28. It argued that Khan, an American citizen, was detained only after media reporters surrounded him and there was commotion. ndtv.com/india-news/imran-kh…

Mungerilal ke haseen sapne!
I am making 3 predictions.. 1. Gyanesh will resign before Oct 31... 2. Amit Shah will be removed by own party men between Diwali and Dec 31.. 3. BJP may replace Modi with someone else by Dec 31 to retain power but ultimately govt won't last beyond April 2027.

Just Go Back One Year. - Last year, after Mahalaya, at least 12 people died in waterlogging and electrocution incidents across Kolkata and its suburbs. - Dead bodies were found on the streets of Kolkata. The then Chief Minister was busy posting Puja songs on Facebook and playing Dandiya. - She did not visit the accident sites or stand beside the victims families. - October 5, 2025: 33 people died in floods and landslides in North Bengal. The then Chief Minister and her ministers were busy at the Red Road Durga Puja Carnival. - January 2026: 27 people died in a warehouse fire in Anandapur. The then Chief Minister was busy attending a cultural meeting with film artists. - She did not visit the accident site or meet the victims' families. - Yes, there was administrative negligence in the Chorbagan incident. The Puja committee may also be responsible. - Action must be taken against everyone found responsible. - My Chief Minister knows how to take responsibility. He reached the hospital within two hours and also visited the accident site. - He performed his duties throughout the night. Senior ministers were also on the streets all night. - No one can escape responsibility for an accident. The new government is not trying to escape responsibility either. - Criticise the government by all means. Criticism is necessary. But remember your own past before pointing fingers. - Trinamool supporters have no moral right to lecture others on this issue. I have no interest in listening to the Pishi-Bhaipo gang's lectures.

i hate you all so much, never once said a word when hindus were suffering under mamta's rule but now you guys are making up stuffs and crying over it
Never imagined feeling this way, but I deeply worry about safety & dread harassment/anti-minority violence during Durga Pujo in Bengal this year. Hoping that there will be enough voices to protect the defenseless. Wonder how much of how beloved festivals did we take for granted!

Sensational news is coming in about Garba, and it has left me wondering: Muslim men don't attend Ram Navmi, Shivratri, Janmashtami, or Ganesh Chaturthi. They don't even visit Durga Puja pandals. But how do they suddenly show up to play Garba? Just a curiosity. 🤔

garba is a celebration for & devotion to ambe maa & not the dance party that you think it is & we can all joke about it but it is what it is. you can't pre-game & shit to that man. garba is cathartic & beautiful.

India was better without these cockroaches. We were happy making memes on Nitin Gadkari and Nirmala Sitharaman. We were raising voice for real issues like E20, Tax and Women's Safety. Since this Abhijeet Dipke and his Joker squad all we are seeing is no one knows what is happening, Not even Abhijeet Dipke.

Happily smirking while hitting a police officer on duty. That’s Neha Bora for you. Don’t ever forget that she wanted to strip and humiliate a woman journalist just because she had an opinion different from hers. And she is championing the cause of democracy! That’s a rotten pile of 💩 just like her intent and actions!
