#seanfeucht, accused of fraudulent practices by many former staffers and volunteers, is now being sued in federal court after a man claims that the $250,000 he gave to Fuecht for outreach was funneled to Sean's personal bank account.
“Mr. Feucht … knowingly misrepresented the intended use of funds,” the lawsuit says. “At no time while making the solicitation did Mr. Feucht ever suggest or indicate that any solicited funds would be utilized for his personal benefit.”
