આ છે કુલદીપસિંઘ કલેર. સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર 'પોઝિટિવ પાજી' થી પોતાની ઓળખ બનાવી છે. શીખ થઈ ને શુદ્ધ ગુજરાતી બોલે એટલે ખૂબ જલ્દી ફેમસ થવા લાગ્યા. મારી જાણકારી મુજબ એક સમયે ગુજરાતની જાણીતી 'ટી પોસ્ટ' માં આ ભાઈ જોબ કરતાં હતા અને ત્યાર બાદ મોટીવેશનને પોતાનું હથિયાર બનાવી 'ધંધો નાનો છે પણ મારો છે' કેમ્પેઇન ઇન્સ્ટાગ્રામ પર શરૂ કર્યું અને લોકલ-નાના બિઝનેસ ઓનર્સ ને ટાર્ગેટ કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યું. જોત-જોતામાં અમદાવાદથી બહાર સુરત સુધી ભાઈ પહોંચી ગયા. એક રીલના 35 થી લઈ ઉતરતા ઉતરતા 20 હજાર સુધી નો ભાવ લે એવી જાણકારી છે.
હવે CJP ના પ્રોટેસ્ટમાં આ ભાઈ દિલ્લી પહોંચી ગયા. શું જરૂર હતી નીટ પરીક્ષા ના CJP ના પ્રોટેસ્ટ માં દિલ્લી જવાની? સમય જતાં ખબર પડી કે વિદેશી ફંડ 'ઇન્ફ્લુએન્સર્સ' માટે ખૂબ મોટું હતું ત્યારે લાગ્યું કે બોસ આ ભાઈ ને જોરદાર પૈસા મળ્યા હોવા જોઈએ જે તપાસ નો વિષય છે.
હવે વાર્તા આગળ વધે છે. આ ભાઈ સુરતના સૌરાષ્ટ્રવાસીઓના ગઢ એવા વરાછા માં ખૂબ ઘૂસી ગયા. ત્યાંનાં ધંધાદારીઓ ને કવર કરવા લાગ્યા. આમ આદમી પાર્ટી સુરત ના વરાછાથી જ ગુજરાત માં ઘૂસવા માંગે છે. વરાછા આવે તો સૌરાષ્ટ્ર આવે એ ગણતરીથી 'આપ' કામ કરે છે એ દરેક ને ખબર છે. અને હવે આ ભાઈ ની ગાઢ મિત્રતા હાર્દિક દવે જોડે છે એ એમના જ ઇન્સ્ટાગ્રામથી ખબર પડી. એ જ હાર્દિક દવે જે આદિત્ય ગઢવી ના સૂર માં સૂર પૂરવવા નીકળ્યા. આદિત્ય ગઢવી લેફ્ટ વીંગ તરફી છે એવા ન્યૂઝ ફરતા થયા અને ત્યાં નેહા બોરા ની લાર્જર ધેન લાઈફ નેશનલ ઇમેજ બનાવવાના કોંગ્રેસ ના પ્રયત્નો દેખાઈ રહ્યા છે.
દેશમાં જે ચાલી રહ્યું છે એ આપણે વિચારી શકીએ એનાથી ઘણું મોટું છે. આ સડો ભયંકર રીતે ફેલાઈ રહ્યો છે જે હવે ગુજરાતના ગરબા સુધી પહોંચી ગયો છે. સેલ્ફ એકલેઇમડ ઇન્ફ્લુએન્સર્સ એવા જય થાડેશ્વર કે અદિતી રાવલ પણ આદિત્ય ગઢવી અને હાર્દિક દવે ના વિચારો ને સપોર્ટ કરે છે. સેક્યુલરીઝમ ના આ બૂરખામાં શું રંધાઈ રહ્યું છે એ તો સમય જ બતાવશે પણ જો ગુજરાતીઓ અને હિન્દુઓ એકજૂટ નહિ થાય તો ભવિષ્યમાં શું થશે એ વિચારથી જ કંપારી થાય છે. ભાઈ @vijaygajera આ વિષે અભ્યાસ કરે તો ચોક્કસ જોડતા તાર મળી શકે. @hisaurabhshah ને વિનંતી કે આ બાબતમાં એમના નોલેજ પ્રમાણે બનતું કરે અને @sanghaviharsh ને વિનંતી કે આને ગંભીરતા થી લે. અમદાવાદના અને મુંબઈના ગુજરાતી મિત્રો પોતાનો સૂર પૂરાવે @i_m_prapti @sidchhaya @himani411 @parashah91 @vijaymaru03 @GujaratiWatch @nanditathhakur @KarnavatiSpeaks @MeghalHparmar @RajeshTino

એક કામ કરો પગીભાઈ અમદાવાદમાં જુહાપુરા,જમાલપુર અને દરિયાપુરમાં એક પ્રચાર અભિયાન અમારા તરફ થી ગોઠવીએ કે જેમની પણ આસ્થા માં આંબા અને નવશક્તિ ઉપર છે.
એમના માટે અમે ખાસ એ સમાજ માટે ગરબાનું આયોજન દિવ્યભાસ્કર તરફ થી કરાવીએ,અને જો કાવડિયાના લોચા પડે તો એમને કહેજો અમે ક્રાઉડફંડ ઊભું કરીને એક વ્યવસ્થા કરી આપીશું જેમાં આદિત્યભાઈ,હાર્દિક દવે અને RJ આકાશ પણ આવી જાય પછી કરાવો તમ તમારે ગરબા...આ જે લિબ્રાન્ડુ બનવાનો ચુસકી ચડી છેને એને ભાઇજાન પાંચ મિનિટમાં ઊતરી ન દે તો કેજો.
અને હા અબ્રાહમ ધર્મ જેટલા પણ છે તે એક ઈશ્વરમાં માને છે અને બીજાને મનાવવા માટે ખૂન ખરાબા પણ કરે છે.તો જેમની આસ્થા જ નથી નવરાત્રીમાં એમના માટે જો તમારું લુબ્રાન્ડુપણું જાગ્યું છે તો મેં કહ્યું તે વ્યવસ્થા અમારા તરફ થી કરવી દઈએ અને આ જ વાત ભાજપના એવા માણસો માટે પણ છે જે આ પ્રકારના માણસોની પીપુડી હાથમાં લઈને ૨૪ કલાક વગાડ્યા કરે છે.

ફોજમાં ડિસિપ્લિનમાં રહેલ ફૌજી પોલીસમાં એ સાથે લઈને આવે છે.
યુવાનો અગ્નિવીર બનતા ખચકાશે પણ નહીં.
યુવાનોને સીધો મેસેજ કે મહેનત કરો ને પરીક્ષા આપો નહિતર 4 વર્ષ સરહદ પર સેવા કરીને સીધા લાગો.

India has a soul.
You can see it in the story of the Good Maharaja, Jam Saheb Digvijaysinhji Ranjitsinhji Jadeja of Nawanagar, who opened his kingdom to Polish children fleeing war, persecution and displacement during the Second World War. Among those he sheltered were Jewish refugees.
At a time when much of the world was closing its doors, he opened his.
He did not ask what religion the children belonged to. He did not ask whether helping them was politically convenient. He saw frightened children who needed sanctuary, and he gave it to them.
That matters.
Because nations are not defined only by armies, borders or governments. They are also defined by the moments when their people choose humanity over indifference.
In an age when history is too often reduced to grievance and accusation, remember this story.
Remember that India has a soul.
A civilisational instinct for refuge, dignity and protection that revealed itself when it mattered most.

ગુજરાત કેડરના બે ચર્ચાસ્પદ IAS અધિકારીઓ ફરજિયાત નિવૃત્ત
ગુજરાતના વહીવટી બેડામાં લાંબા સમય સુધી ચર્ચામાં રહેલા બે IAS અધિકારીઓ, ગૌરવ દહિયા અને કે. રાજેશને જાહેર હિતમાં ‘ફરજિયાત નિવૃત્ત’ (Compulsory Retirement) કરવાનો આદેશ જારી કરાયો છે.
નિર્ણય પાછળનું કાનૂની કારણ -
કેન્દ્ર સરકાર દ્વારા આ કાર્યવાહી ઓલ ઇન્ડિયા સર્વિસીસ (DCRB) રૂલ્સ હેઠળ કરવામાં આવી.
આ નિયમ સરકારને વિશેષ સત્તા આપે છે કે જ્યારે કોઈ અધિકારી જાહેર હિતમાં કામ કરવા માટે અક્ષમ સાબિત થાય, અથવા તેની છબી ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કે ગંભીર અનિયમિતતાથી ખરડાયેલી હોય, ત્યારે તેને સમય પહેલાં જ સેવામાંથી કાયમી વિદાય આપી શકાય છે.
બંને અધિકારીઓ કેમ વિવાદોના વંટોળમાં ફસાયા હતા?
1. ગૌરવ દહિયા (IAS ૨૦૧૦ બેચ): અંગત જીવન અને ગેરવર્તણૂકનો વિવાદ
વર્ષ 2019માં દિલ્હીની એક મહિલાએ ગૌરવ દહિયા પર બીજી પત્ની બનાવી છેતરપિંડી કરવાનો, લગ્નની લાલચ આપી શોષણ કરવાનો અને ધાકધમકી આપવાનો આરોપ મૂક્યો હતો.
આ મામલે ભારે બદનામી થતાં ગુજરાત સરકારે તપાસ સમિતિની રચના કરી તેમને સસ્પેન્ડ કર્યા હતા.
લાંબી તપાસ અને તેમના ખરાબ વર્તનના સતત મળેલા રિપોર્ટ બાદ સરકારે આ કડક નિર્ણય લીધો છે.
2. કે. રાજેશ (IAS ૨૦૧૧ બેચ): જમીન કૌભાંડ, હથિયાર લાયસન્સ અને CBI ધરપકડ
કે. રાજેશ સુરેન્દ્રનગરના જિલ્લા કલેક્ટર તરીકે કાર્યરત હતા ત્યારે તેમના પર સરકારી જમીનોની ગેરકાયદે ફાળવણી અને હથિયારના લાયસન્સ આપવાના બદલામાં લાખો રૂપિયાની લાંચ લેવાના ગંભીર આરોપો લાગ્યા હતા.
CBI એ તેમના રહેઠાણ અને ઓફિસ પર દરોડા પાડીને લાંચ તેમજ અપ્રમાણસર સંપત્તિના આરોપસર તેમની ધરપકડ કરી હતી.
જેલવાસ ભોગવી ચૂકેલા અને ચાર્જશીટનો સામનો કરી રહેલા કે. રાજેશની છબી વહીવટી તંત્ર માટે ભારે અસહજ બની ગઈ હતી.
આ નિર્ણય કેમ આટલો મોટો ગણાય?
સામાન્ય રીતે સનદી અધિકારીઓ સામે ખાતાકીય તપાસ કે સસ્પેન્શન જેવી કાર્યવાહી સામાન્ય ગણાય છે, પરંતુ નિયમ ૧૬(૩) હેઠળ ફરજિયાત નિવૃત્તિ એ સૌથી આકરો વહીવટી દંડ માનવામાં આવે છે.
અને એકાદ-બે શબ્દમાં એને 'ઝીરો ટોલરન્સ' કહેવામાં આવે છે..

ખાતેદાર ખેડુત ના ખેતર મા ગયા વર્ષે એકમે કંપની વાળાઓ એ 2,80,000 સુધીના વાર્ષિક ભાડા ના કરાર કર્યા હતા, હવે વારી કંપની વાળા 4,20,000 સુધી વાર્ષિક ભાડું ચૂકવે છે... અને હવે ટાટા વાળા પણ 5,00,000 ભાડું આપવાનું કહે છે.... પણ હવે લોકેશન માટે જગ્યા ખુબ ઓછી છે.
