1973年10月20日、「1980 Floor Show」収録最終日。前日までの撮れ高が全然なかったので(笑)、この日は昼夜の2度収録。動画はこの日の「I Can't Explain」。よく「ボウイは幽霊のように白い」と言われますが、それがよくわかる。

David Bowie’s debut album on Deram records, a very rare promotional copy, even rarer as it’s signed by David Bowie with his full signature. #DavidBowieGlamour

Imagine being a teen when Bowie first came on the scene, it must have been so mindblowing, there was no one else even remotely like him.

A song from my fav Bowie album Hunky Dory that he rarely play live, probably because of the personal meaning it holds
it represents a fictionalized account of Bowie's relationship with his older schizophrenic stepbrother Terry. It was Terry who introduced Bowie to Modern Jazz, his enthusiasm for which led to his mother buying him his first saxophone in Christmas 1959 and the rest is history
