A Texas wedding venue is facing backlash after refusing to refund $15,909 to a woman whose fiancé, 25-year-old Diego Hernandez, died seven months before their wedding.
Posey Meadows reportedly offered to transfer the booking or consider a partial refund if the date was rebooked, but the fiancée sued for her money back. The venue has since countersued, claiming she breached their contract by failing to pay the remaining balance.

Spotify is cracking down on Premium Family plan sharing.
The company is introducing checks to make sure members actually live at the same address.
If you fail verification, you can lose Premium and be moved to Spotify Free, meaning ads and no Premium benefits.
Spotify says the check is designed to confirm the household, not track where you are.

Hey @Uber customer services has hung up on me 3 times because nobody is willing to tell me how to escalate my complaint. A driver's car ran out of fuel and he *manually pushed it* to a petrol station and then charged me for the time and mileage. You need to refund me!
