you know what's interesting? there's a very real fear of Tr*mp and El*n defying court orders but the refrain is always "there's no enforcement mechanism" which is true...when it comes to those in power. Cops are happy to enforce court orders when it comes to my client's lives.

It is very depressing that a lot of people seem to think it's illegal for the government to...remind people of their constitutional rights. Saying "ICE needs a warrant" is not a scandal. It's basic law. The Constitution doesn't cease to apply for people you don't like.
