When you unintentionally hurt or offend somebody it’s generally good policy to attend to their hurt instead of focusing on your shame.

The latest @CornwallInsight prediction, based on Ofgem's new methodology, is an 81% price cap rise in Oct (taking typical bill to £3,582/yr) and a further 19% in Jan (so £4,266/yr)

When October price cap rise begins Bank of England expects 40% rise (on top of 54% in April) to £2800 a year. That's about 1/3rd of the state pension (average payment is £8530) and 2/3rds of a single person's Universal Credit of £4018 (88% if <25). The another rise in January.

My upcoming album was conceived as I asked questions pertaining to the essence of who I am, my heritage, my purpose, and my truth. The simplest of questions, “who am I, and what is my purpose?” left me grappling with feelings and unconscious memories that I could barely fathom.
