ok ok ok. 🚀 Stop copy-pasting agent files between tools and repos. Crewd is a package registry and CLI for AI crews. One command hires a team, pulls in the skills it needs, and writes native files for Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini CLI. Commit crewd.json and crewd.lock. Teammates run crewd install and get the same versions, hashed. If this sounds useful, join the waitlist and be first to know when it ships: crewd.dev

why do so many solo founders go quiet after user feedback?

build in public taught me to show consistency even when the art comes out weak and not what you wanted. simple heart today. still shipping it. that’s the practice. 👀

€320 ☕ Two more beans today, and @moonfarm_dev's espresso machine is now 32% funded. 31 beans in 15 days. Grey mornings on one side. Golden ones on the other. Every bean moves the line. Welcome @razvanships & @thomaskanze 🎉 69 beans left. Pick your world 👇 The 31 believers, part 1: @pashaborsai @haukejung @vynsedev @sflorimm @pepeller @klausbyskov @m0agh @petropavliuk @artisbautra @buildwithmaya @AfterimageDev @mansfieldrv6

most founders think a public roadmap builds trust. it can do the opposite. put an unshipped date beside a feature, then change the plan after user feedback, and the conversation becomes about the missed date. share the reason for the change before the promise becomes the story.

shadow launching makes sense when one viral "i vibe-coded this" post can send builders rushing to clone it. a public build log should show the decisions, not just the launch.

annual plans are a bad default for a new saas. monthly renewals show whether the product keeps earning its place.

As a solo founder building software, splitting time between coding and talking to users is a constant tradeoff. How do other solo founders decide what gets the next hour?

a database migration can turn a small release into a recovery job. if the new code expects a column that the old code cannot handle, a rollback may not restore service. keep migrations compatible with both versions while a deploy is in progress.

Unpopular opinion: A delayed feature used to be embarrassing. Now it's: Here's what got in the way.

Writing a build update takes five minutes. Deciding whether "still working on it" counts as progress takes the rest of the coffee.

AI coding agents don't need more autonomy. They need smaller pull requests.
