Here's my sorry tale of traveling with @AerLingus On Friday, my connecting flight through Dublin is canceled and I get rebooked on new flights. I arrive in Spain but my bag does not. It's 11pm & there's no one at the airport to help at baggage claim and no @AerLingus staff.
There's no-one at the airport to help. @AerLingus is still not answering phone calls or responding to FB messenger. My assistant DMs through Twitter but there's no response. I'm in missing baggage limbo: a few thousand dollars worth of my clothes & personal items have vanished.
No-one at the airline cares. Hey @AerLingus did you see this and will you please reach out? Don’t tell me to DM you because I’ve already done that and you never reply.
Honoring those who have served and are currently serving today and always. Let’s not forget the families who support those vets who serve in their own way. Thank you!
