The game-making part has only gotten easier. It's still possible to operate on little money to start, but that requires some combination of privilege and minimizing other life goals and responsibilities.

What are your thoughts on: ”Quit and start your own studio” My personal view is that it’s easier in ways you feared was going to be hard and harder in ways you didn’t anticipate. I think there’s a lot of people that could do it, and would do great.
