I think people underestimate how tired you can be from just having too much on your mind! Not even physically tired! Just tired of remembering things, handling things, thinking ahead, fixing stuff, making decisions, being needed, tryna stay afloat etc. That's just a lot for real.

one of the hardest things about living with sexual trauma is being re-traumatized every time thereโs a heavily publicized case in the news. watching people litigate and demonize other victims. makes you wonder what the point of any of it is, if itโs even worth speaking up at all.
