kHYPE makes up a significant portion of Derive's TVL and continues to do so by now being cross-chain, continuing compatibility with Derive's infrastructure.
kHYPE makes its Ethereum debut with Derive V3. We've worked with @Kinetiq_xyz to bring kHYPE to Ethereum via Chainlink CCIP. Holders will continue earning HYPE staking rewards while using kHYPE as collateral to trade options and perps on Derive. This opens up a new source of utility for staked HYPE, connecting Hyperliquid's growing ecosystem with Ethereum's derivatives markets. The more places kHYPE can be put to work, the stronger the incentive to stake HYPE. With V3's Ethereum-native custody and ZK-verified settlement, we expect to see more of this across DeFi: yield-bearing assets from one ecosystem becoming productive collateral in another, without sacrificing their underlying yield.

Yesterday, Aerodrome generated more tokenized stocks volume than every other DEX across the EVM combined. And in 10 days, we grow the pie 🛫
Last month: 1 in 50 Now: 1 in 3 Aerodrome's share of tokenized stocks volume across the EVM continues to climb. And more stocks are on the way 🛫

Aerodrome & Velodrome have earned $570M+ in revenue for holders. More than any other DEX onchain. While serving only ~17% of the liquidity across the EVM. Next week, Aero launches on 7 chains. A total market with volumes nearly 5x greater than today. Buckle up 🛫

Our previous statement didn't communicate what we wanted it to. Let's correct that. Zipcoin grew significantly faster than we anticipated. As the project expanded, we had internal disagreements around priorities and execution. Those have now been resolved, and we're aligned on the direction forward. The personal matter mentioned previously was real, but it wasn't the full explanation for our silence. We should have communicated better throughout. That's on us. We also want to address the speculation surrounding SilverChat and Stockereum. Zipcoin has no affiliation whatsoever with the SilverChat team, and our only relationship with Stockereum was using their platform as a launchpad. We originally intended to launch through @senderdotfamily, but concerns around their liquidity pools and the timing of protocol upgrades made that impractical. We've had our own challenges working with @stockereum, particularly around communication, but continued supporting the platform given its importance to our early success. We even considered a 1:1 token migration shortly after launch, but ultimately decided against it due to the uncertainty and potential negative impact on existing holders. Our priority was to protect those who supported us from the beginning. We understand the frustration around recent price performance. We can't dictate market prices, and we won't make promises about them. What we can control is our execution, our transparency, and our commitment to building Zipcoin. Despite the silence, development has continued. We've already shipped a substantial part of the October roadmap: - Privacy Pools for ZC, ETH and stablecoins. - Zipbook, including anonymous onchain messaging and ENS-based identities. - Private payments to zk.money accounts. - Developer tooling and APIs. - Private AI chat functionality. Later today, we'll release updated versions of both the Zipcoin app and website, alongside a detailed progress update covering what we've shipped and what's next. Over the next two weeks, we'll continue working through the remaining October roadmap deliverables. As previously committed, we'll also continue allocating protocol fees toward buybacks and burns, with publicly verifiable onchain receipts. We remain committed to the original vision: making privacy accessible and useful on Ethereum. The focus now is simple. Keep building. Keep shipping. Communicate consistently. Judge us on what we deliver.

The updated Zipcoin and Zipbook websites are now live. One of our core objectives has always been to lower the barrier to using privacy tools. Privacy shouldn't require technical expertise, complicated interfaces, or an understanding of the underlying cryptography. With this update, we've focused on improving the user experience, making the websites more intuitive, and making it easier for anyone to interact with the Zipcoin protocol. Better UX means less friction. Less friction means more usage. And more usage is what ultimately makes a network valuable. We genuinely appreciate everyone who has supported ethereum:0x4e67db19044549ff420860834c91b45bad298722, including those speculating on its price. But we want to make something clear: the value of Zipcoin should come from people using the network, not speculation on its price. Metcalfe's Law suggests that the value of a network grows roughly with the square of its users. Our focus is therefore on making Zipcoin useful enough that people actually want to use it. That means continuing to improve the protocol, simplifying the experience, and finding new ways to drive adoption. We'll also be exploring ways to increase not just the volume of messages flowing through Zipbook, but their quality, relevance, and reach. We want to build a network where people have something meaningful to say, and where those messages can actually be heard. So if you want to see Zipcoin succeed, participate. Shield some funds. Make a private payment. Burn a message into the Book. Say something worth hearing. We'll keep building, improving the experience, and lowering the barriers to privacy. The world is listening. zipcoin.cash

Update: Previously blocked and sanctioned wallets have been unblocked. Affected users can now withdraw their funds from Firelight.
❗️Important Notice: We have heard the community’s concerns about blocked and sanctioned wallet addresses. Here is how the protocol works today: The protocol screens wallets when funds are deployed to identify blacklisted or OFAC-sanctioned addresses. Under the current design, the protocol accepts funds and deploys them into the epoch, and screening continues throughout the period. If the wallet that deployed the funds was flagged at the time of deployment, or becomes flagged during the period, its funds remain in the protocol until the period ends but do not earn rewards. At the end of the period, the funds are returned and the wallet is blocked from accessing Firelight again. As a result, flagged wallets do not earn yield but still participate in the cover module for the remainder of that period. We understand why this concerns depositors, particularly those who may not have known their wallets were blacklisted. From their perspective, the protocol knowingly accepted their capital, put it at risk, and withheld rewards at the last hour. We are building a first-of-its-kind protocol in public, and we appreciate the community’s candid feedback. We recognize that this approach is not tenable and does not meet the goals we set out to achieve. In response, we will roll back the blacklisting process and unblock affected wallets in the next few days. Execution timing and steps to retrieve funds will be shared soon. Our commitment to security, KYC, and institutional standards has not changed, but we recognize these issues must be addressed more robustly without impacting users. Over the coming weeks, we will analyze the situation and develop a new plan that achieves the original goal without affecting the community. Any changes will be communicated well in advance, and we will gather community feedback before anything moves forward. @FlareNetworks will compensate wallets affected during Phase 1, as @HugoPhilion shared earlier today: xitter.cf/HugoPhilion/status/210… We welcome continued feedback and remain committed to listening, responding, and improving the protocol alongside our community.
