I’m not saying this is because of us… but this is because of us, right?! 🤣⚡️#pokemon #pokemongo
I was chatting with my husband tonight about how @PatomanPOGO is essentially the most well-known Pokemon Go battler. He said he didn’t recognize that IGN, but the face was familiar.
…I then asked him which names he did know. The results are below.
2 funny things in Turkey today:
1. Walked around Ephesus for HOURS without making the biblical connection until a video referred to the people as Ephesians.
2. Started typing “church” into Google Maps and it tried to find nearby Chipotles instead.
…I may have a problem. 💀
A new episode of #TapTapCast is live! @InadequancePOGO and I go over the Brisbane, Frankfurt, and Recife regionals, and share the old @Zarddy_ /Amanda lore.

🗒️ She learned Pokémon type matchups with a notepad.
Years later, @lundberger would be explaining those same battles from the casting desk at Pokémon Worlds.
Her Pokémon story didn't begin as a kid.
It began with Pokémon GO.

No #taptapcast this week, as @InadequancePOGO and I were both traveling back from Frankfurt. A lot to discuss in the next! But, in the meantime, we've updated our drafts and have added @Zarddy_ and @LNDsRargef to our respective teams!
What an absolutely phenomenal start in Frankfurt! Our EU cast, crew, and players made the regional the perfect storm, and I’m so happy for @MEweedle for his first regional win of the season. Keep your eyes on @PokemonGoApp. It’s going to be an incredible year. #playpokemon
