Every community brings its own experiences, priorities, and perspectives to emergency preparedness.
Today, we are at the Second Annual Tribal Emergency Management Conference to connect with the people whose work centers on the resilience and well-being of their communities.
Talk about a well-equipped booth. Our Fall Fair table even came with a fire extinguisher, the perfect backdrop for our demos and convos with Nevada builders and project owners about illuminating the paths to safety.
🧯Thanks for the hospitality, @NVContractor and @DiversityNca
First on the block in Charlotte!
@BrasfieldGorrie selected Luminous Egress to set the neighborhood standard with the PL egress system for the hotel at Centrum Dilworth, the development’s first project.
This partnership is already taking us to new places. Thanks, B&G.
…miles of perimeter glow markings
…flights of stair tread nosings
…stories of handrail strips
…dozens of signs…
One exit path at a time, our dedicated crews put the pieces in place. For thank-you emails to our crew next time the lights go out:

Two reasons to celebrate! 🌟
We are heading to Georgia for the first time and teaming up with a new builder partner.
Brasfield & Corrie selected us for the photoluminescent egress markings in the 7-story tower expansion at @PiedmontHealth Fayette Hospital.
Hello, Georgia! 👋
Some conference experiences stay with you long after you’re home.
Ours from last week’s IFBA Annual Conference were the visits to Nashville fire stations 9 and 14. And losing Dolly.
Thanks for welcoming the fire buffs.
Until next time, Nashville. Farewell, Dolly. 🎶
Kudos to Nashville for the exceptional hospitality it is extending to the fire buffs. Our visit is a reminder of the valuable service firefighters provide every day to their communities in which they live and work.
We are proud to be in this industry, keeping people safe. ⬅️🔥
🙌 High fives all around! Announcing our award for the luminous egress system in Shell Bay Tower 200, a new-build project in Hallandale Beach, Florida, featuring 20 floors and 108 units of luxury resort living.
Thrilled to work with G.T. McDonald Enterprises for the first time.
Two weeks to Nashville, fire buff friends! 🚒🔥
And what an incredible series of off-site events is in store there.
For us, it’s a chance to talk about the PL tech we’re so passionate about.
Meet us at the 2026 IFBA Convention
📆 August 23–27

We’re here today with fellow Arizona small businesses at the SBA Space & Semiconductor Supplier Matchmaking Expo in Scottsdale to expand opportunities for #photoluminescent egress and wayfinding systems in both these industries. Our thanks to co-hosts @SBA and @Intel.

We have been awarded the Curio Collection by Hilton hotel project in Spartanburg, SC, for esteemed builder of boutique hotels, Brasfield & Gorrie.
The project expands our presence in the Southeast and reflects growing awareness of the value of photoluminescent egress systems.
Many of us have dedicated our lives to advancing #firesafety, including people like Chuck Montgomery and Bruce Schmutter, representing Phoenix’s Hall of Flame Museum at this week’s #NFPAConf26.
Grateful for friendships like these in an industry supporting firefighters.
With representatives from more than 80 countries expected at next week’s #NFPAConf26 in #LasVegas, we’ll be there meeting with contacts we’ve developed through previous industry events and introductions from the U.S. Commercial Service.

Teardown to urban redevelopment.
We walked the Theory Madison Student Housing site this past weekend, ahead of installing our #luminousegress system for safe, code-compliant egress in low-light conditions.

What you’re looking at is real.
And one picture is probably exactly what your building’s stairwell looks like when the lights go out.
Most people never think about emergency egress visibility until it disappears.
Luminous egress changes that

See the black-coated stair nosings? These nosings were a special request by the project architect, a detail that brings both visual refinement and enhanced stair visibility to the stairwell.
Install complete for @LaytonConstruct
📍The Rambler Tempe, 1020 E Apache Blvd, Tempe, AZ
What was recently a walkthrough discussion in the stairwells is now taking shape as a fully installed luminous egress system for safe emergency evacuation.
Thanks to Layton Construction for our continued partnership.

We were walking the stairwell with supervisors today when suddenly…the lights went out.
That’s when the value of luminous, glow-in-the-dark exit markings becomes crystal clear. Residents need to know how to exit, quickly.
