Modern Golfers take into account all determinants of performance. The Isometric Mid Thigh Pull for instance is a great measure of raw force production. An important factor producing higher swing speeds. We use @VALDPerformance force plates to measure players IMTP & CMJ remotely at events and testing weeks to give us year round data on players progress. There are multiple reasons why we use an isometric test like the Isometric Mid Thigh Pull (IMTP) with our golfers on @DPWorldTour & @Challenge_Tour 💪🏼🏌🏻‍♂️ -Validity -Consistency - Performance - Reliable - Controlled Importantly the IMTP is well linked with CHS. With those golfers with higher IMTP having greater CHS 😃💪🏼💪🏼 Shown here by @DPWorldTour pro Martin Simonson while being tested @Etpi by 1 of our S&C coaches @DrDanCoughlan – at San Roque, Spain
