Before Jackass became an MTV phenomenon, it existed in the form of CKY, an independent video series created by Bam Margera and his crew. Combining skateboarding, stunts and reckless chaos, the videos provided the blueprint for Jackass and laid the foundation for what would become one of the most influential entertainment franchises of the 2000s. Living Proof has worked with Joe Frantz to release “Can’t K*ll Yourself”, a book containing previously unpublished photographs from the making of CKY & Viva La Bam, documenting the early days of what would eventually become Jackass. ”Can’t K*ll Yourself,” will be distributed exclusively to Living Proof Members, via our website.
