I built an AI OS that builds its own tools. Describe an app (e.g. track my workouts) and a minute later it's running in your workspace. Own UI, own storage, own charts. On your phone too. No deploy, no hosting, no service to spin up.

Lucidos made me this app that live streams the token cost of Claude Code, Codex, and Lucidos' native model calls.

The app lives in the workspace itself and is run by the Lucidos engine. So like all other Lucidos apps it's readily available to any remote client as well, web or mobile.

Gemini 3.5 Flash put it well here: Lucidos is a magical toybox inside your computer that keeps all your favorite treasures safe, reminds you when it is snack time, and builds brand new toys for you to play with whenever you whisper what you want. lucidos.dev

This is great, but I think a layer on top, like you know what, makes more sense
Next version of Omarchy will integrate Voxtype and the default agent, so you can just speak the changes and enhancements you want made to the OS. Widgets, panels, apps. All will just spring to life magically by voice. We are going full Iron Man! 🚀

Yes, but you can just join the revolution instead - OS layer three
Isn't it shocking how tolerant we are of iOS's lackluster artificial intelligence, especially Siri, when AI is advancing at light speed everywhere else? Might be the first time since iPhone 1 that I feel stuck in an ecosystem that isn't meeting my needs—let alone exceeding them.

❌ I trust my agents ✅ I trust my setup, forcing the agents to do the right thing

Indeed. And put them all in one place, available on any client, to reap compounding benefits
You can literally solve any problem in your life by just vibe coding an app for it. Prove me wrong

Yes
For anyone with endless ideas, this agent age is nirvana as those ideas are met with endless execution, endless exploration. I've never had has much fun working with computers as I do right now. What a time to be alive.

Slop master
"software factory" is a term that makes be wanna throw up You're just moving around slop like the rest of us, it doesn't need a cute name

No, not at all. You made it, for sure. The manifester makes, the coder does not
I feel uncomfortable saying "I made" when it comes to LLM built apps. Because I didn't write the code I don't really feel like I made it. Usually I just say something like "I asked my buddy Claude to make..."

Need to go to bed but have trouble leaving your agents? Lucidos watches them for you and merges them in as they finish. Event driven baby!
