We can learn so much if we listen to the younger generations. How do we tune in to this experience and understanding about how world is changing? Get senior leaders to spend time with younger peers to bring that knowledge into the strategies and future-proofing - @elinder

Looking forward to the next 2 days @IoSEorg #iserec24 - brilliant programme of sector experts discussing hot topics like AI, social mobility and how employers, universities and suppliers work together to support student recruitment best practice

Kicking off @WMinsightUK #GraduateEmployabilityWM with the brilliant @SBoydUK - lovely to hear a positive outlook in amongst the challenges of changing cost base, international student environment, engagement from students (and at some times employers) - great start to the day!

Really looking forward to speaking about Translating Employer Expectations for our Students alongside the brilliant @McleodAilsa SFHEA as part of @WMInsightUK #GraduateEmployabilityWM today - fantastic line up of speakers and great agenda of pertinent topics.

Really interesting data from the @IoSEorg Development Survey with themes on cost of living and return to in person/how employers support mental health - always great to meet and discuss hot topics and challenges with Scotland and North group colleagues

Final day of Discover Careers @uofedcareers still going strong today @EdinburghUni and the sun's even come out - 40 new employers to meet so make sure you get here before closing at 6pm! Friendly staff here to help you get started - just drop in to McEwan Hall 😊
