Un punto comune di confusione sull'elettrificazione è l'idea (scorretta) che serva produrre la medesima energia di carbone/petrolio/gas come elettricità.
Ma non è così, perchè ~2/3 dell'energia fossile è sprecata come calore, e solo ~1/3 produce lavoro utile.
