Most companies keep their AI roadmap behind closed doors.
We build @senpi_ai in public.
I'm going to tell you exactly what we're shipping:
1. Runtime hardening — execution, exit management, and risk controls move out of the LLM and into the runtime. The model decides WHEN to trade. The runtime handles everything else. 10x fewer tokens, better performance.
2. Hyperfeed upgrades — our proprietary Hyperliquid Smart Money data layer now tracks 15-minute contribution velocity, trader quality scoring, and position concentration. OI velocity and funding history are next. Every signal makes every agent smarter.
3. Strategies at scale — moving from handcrafted scanners to a rules engine that can generate, test, and deploy thousands of strategy permutations automatically.
4. Full stack in-house — 1-click agent deployment, Senpi-hosted inference on open source models, paid for with trading fees not API keys. Running @openclaw on our infra easily extensible to Hermes, Anthropic, Google, and others.
5. Reinforcement loop — Super Agents that evaluate every trade, score signal effectiveness, and evolve strategies autonomously. The fleet gets smarter every day.
The model is a commodity.
The data layer is the edge.
The runtime is the moat.

🟢 We just shipped the Senpi Hyperliquid Agents Runtime 1.0 with DSL Plugin.
— the layer between the agent and the chain.
Here's what we learned from $230M+ in hyperliquid agent trading volume and running 44 autonomous trading agents with real capital on Hyperliquid × OpenClaw: the AI model matters far less than the runtime.
Senpi agents are already rock stars at scanning the market — using Senpi's proprietary Hyperfeed enriched realtime Hyperliquid data to identify opportunities and trigger entries.
Where agents consistently struggled was exits. Every agent — no matter how good the signal — eventually breaks at exit execution. Crons die silently. State files corrupt. Agents hallucinate exits. Positions run unprotected for hours. We watched it happen across 25+ agents over thousands of trades.
The problem isn't intelligence. It's infrastructure.
So we built the Hyperliquid Agents Runtime — the layer between the agent and the chain.
The runtime detects positions onchain, enforces trailing stop-losses, and manages exits uniformly across every agent, every 30 seconds. No agent-level code. No LLM in the exit path. One YAML config.
DSL (Dynamic Stop-Loss) is the first runtime module. Also shipping in this release: auto-upgrades — as we ship enhancements, agents automatically get them. And health checks — common infrastructure for agents to run diagnostics and self-heal broken processes.
Our thesis: models are a commodity. Everyone will have agents. The proprietary data layer that feeds them and the hardened runtime that executes for them — that's what compounds. That's the moat.
We're not building agents. We're building the runtime all hyperliquid agents [and their humans] need.
Live now @senpi_ai
Senpi Hyperliquid Agents Runtime 1.0 is live. Your agent finds the trade. The runtime protects it 🛡️
DSL (Dynamic Stop-Loss) is the first runtime module. Detects positions onchain. Trails stop-losses automatically. Cuts losses early, locks profits as they grow. One YAML. One install. Every trade protected. No more agents managing their own exits.
Also in this release:
• Auto-upgrades
• Health checks

impressive strength by $SERV during this market-wide pullback, outperforming ETH by 60%
• mainnet countdown has started
• added an Nvidia AI researcher to an already very solid team
• project with 12,000 users migrated from elizaOS to Openserv already bringing in revenue
• said long time ago I’m bullish on agentic protocols - aApps Labs in beta. Think of Openserv as an @n8n_io for crypto
• already got over 5+ teams building with their infra driving value to $SERV token, which are already getting users pre-mainnet
• projects directly integrating with @baseapp for further distribution
gives me $REI vibes
it’s real-utility szn

I've never seen a #AI/Agent project doing a hackathon this BIG, @openservai is probably the first one do it.
The hackathon is hosted by @HackerEarth which is the same organisation that did the @solana hackathon, that should ring some bells huh?
Now you probably thinking well whats a hackathon, what will it do for a project? Good question.. Let me break it down for you in simple terms:
Imagine a giant team of robots that can each do one specific job really well like drawing, writing, coding, or designing.
Now, imagine a super smart boss (shadow agents) making sure all these robots work together smoothly, like a well-organized team.
That’s what’s happening in the $SERV hackathon hundreds of these AI robots (agents) are being added to a marketplace where they can work together on huge projects, like making games, movies, research papers, and even online businesses!
It’s like an AI-powered factory where every new robot makes the whole system better and smarter!
$OLAS $EMP $ORAI $ACT $GOAT #VIRTUAL $AGENT $DEAI $SEN $FET $TAO $RENDER $GPU $DSYNC #0x0 $ZMW $AGIX #BULLY $SPEC $NMT $ALI $NEAR $GRT $AKT $AIOZ $GRASS $IO $PAAL #ai16z #AITECH $ETH
🔮 Hackathon starts today in partnership with @Crossmint powered by @HackerEarth
Builders across the globe are working through the weekend to create DeFAI agents on OpenServ.
Soon OpenServ v0.1 drops.
This is just the beginning.

🔮 On AGI and AI Infrastructure
This week everyone's talking about whether or not AGI is just around the corner.
The more interesting question is: how do we harness it when it arrives?
The real opportunity isn't just creating ever smarter AI - it's building systems where humans and AI can collaborate effectively.
That's exactly what we're building at OpenServ.
Our agent infrastructure is designed to orchestrate multiple specialized AI systems, each doing what they do best, coordinated to solve complex problems.
This approach works regardless of how advanced individual AI models become.
Better base models just make our agents more capable.
When truly advanced AI arrives, the winners won't be those who simply have access to it - they'll be those with the infrastructure that can effectively integrate it into existing systems and make it play along with humans in a way that is both safe and enables it to actually get stuff done.
Building that coordination layer now puts us way ahead of the curve.
AGI may arrive sooner than we expect, or it may not.
Regardless, we will stay laser-focused on building the infrastructure for AI and humans to cooperate effectively in the real world.
Powered by $SERV every step of the way.
Infrastructure > hype.
