@fitbit Girlfriend recently bought me a Fitbit Charge 5. Her online shopping cart included a protection plan and a year membership. Logically she thought that the protection plan and membership would be redeemable for the new Fitbit. Oops.. Fitbit told her no refunds. Help Please
