Hi, we’re sorry this was your experience. As a general rule, our drivers must stop for passengers waiting at the tram stop to board the tram. If passengers are not yet at the stop, it’s up to the driver's discretion to wait; depending on whether the tram is on-schedule. (1/3)
Oh believe me the passengers were AT THE STOP & AT THE DOOR! All the passengers in the tram saw it happen. You just have crap drivers. The 109 route is one of the worst. They go too fast round the corners and I’ve seen people fall because of that. #noexcuses #badcustomerservice
