The spectacular ship-shaped crystal chandelier hanging inside the Royal Palace of Madrid. Crafted from gilded bronze and fine crystal, it was acquired by King Ferdinand VII from a French merchant around 1828.

They hanged him at dawn.💔
The Islamic Republic executed rapper Erfan Mirzaei on Sunday, September 6, at the morning adhan, in Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan. No warning. No last call to his family. The rope and the silence.
He was a young rapper. His crime was standing against a regime that kills to survive. He sang of freedom and hope in a country where a song can cost your life. Those who knew him remember a young man full of fire, art, and big dreams. The regime stole all of it in a single dawn, while the world slept.
He was arrested during the January protests and executed in secret, while the Islamic Republic continues slaughtering January protesters in Iran's prisons under a total news blackout.
His funeral is today, Say his name. Do not let the gallows have the last word.

Witkoff, leaving Kyiv: "It's going to take both sides to make some compromises."
I wrote yesterday morning that Ukrainians would hear this sentence by evening. They did.
So, for the record: one side gave up its nuclear weapons, accepted Minsk, sat in Istanbul with Bucha still being exhumed, and held its fire this weekend so you could land. The other side answered the pause with nine dead in a day.
"Both sides" is not diplomacy. It's a grade of F in reading comprehension.

She had no strength left to cry for help.💔
I found this tiny kitten beside the road—sick, exhausted, and completely alone. People had passed by, but no one stopped. I couldn’t leave her there to die.
I carried her to our shelter and took her to the vet. She is now receiving care, surrounded by warmth and love, and has become a precious member of our shelter family.🐾❤️
The road could have been the end of her story—but rescue gave her a new beginning. Please help us keep our shelter’s doors open for every frightened soul still waiting to be found.🙏🇵🇸

Zelda is use to kids, no other pets as she has never lived with other animals before.
Zelda is chipped and spayed and healthy with no medical issues.
She is a house cat and doesn't get outside.
Zelda eats Felix cat food (Ocean feast) and does use a litter tray.

Air defense remains a pressing issue for us, even though the skies over Kyiv are quiet today. But this is not a normal way to live – depending entirely on one person who started this war and continues to terrorize us. This should not be happening in the modern world.
We have grown stronger on the battlefield, and this allows us to be more confident in future discussions with the American and Russian sides, whatever the format. We must do everything possible to ensure that trilateral meetings take place. We shall see what Russia agrees to. Unfortunately, it still feels too confident today to consider one format or another.
Our weak point is anti-ballistic capabilities. We will grow stronger. I will have meetings in both Norway and Canada. We must develop our own Ukrainian anti-ballistic system.
In addition, the American side will increase production of anti-ballistic missiles for Patriot systems next year, and we are counting on this equipment to protect our country.

In 1908, Edvard Munch spent eight months in a psychiatric clinic in Copenhagen.
He couldn't sleep. He heard voices. He'd spent two decades painting anguish — the scream on the bridge, the sickroom, the death.
Three years later, he painted this — a sunrise so wide it barely fits inside its own frame.
He'd just left Dr. Jacobson's clinic when he entered the competition to decorate the University of Oslo's ceremonial hall. The commission: paint enlightenment itself, for a room built to mark a hundred years of the university.
He painted The Sun.
He chose a sunrise over the skerries near Kragerø, where he used to work outdoors.
Not symbolic light — actual light, on a canvas nearly eight meters wide.
"I saw the sun rise above the cliffs — I painted the sun," is all he ever said about it.
Look at it next to The Scream sometime. Same hand. Thirty years apart.

Somewhere in this world, a hungry animal is waiting for someone to care.
And today, that someone is you. 💔🐾
Look at them.
They are eating together at our shelter, sharing a moment of peace in a world that has given them so little.
But behind this photo is a reality I can no longer hide.
I am still in debt to the trader.
Donations have become extremely slow.
And the food these animals depend on still has to be paid for.
I wish I could tell you that everything is okay.
I wish I could tell you that I have enough to keep going.
But I can't.
What I can tell you is that these animals are still here.
And I am still here, trying to protect them.
If you have ever looked at an animal and felt that it deserved a chance, please don't let that feeling end with a like.
A small donation can help us buy food.
A share can help us reach someone who can.
If you can help today, please donate here:

And if you cannot donate, please share this post.
We are still here. We are still trying. And we still need you. 🇵🇸❤️
