My dad and I filed a federal lawsuit this week, and I want to explain it in my own words.
Last September, my varsity team played a match without being told who we would be competing against, and our lawsuit says the adults in charge knew a day ahead of time and kept it from us and from our parents.
I believe girls deserve to know the truth before they step into the locker room, and not after.
Thank you to everyone who has supported our family, and to Thomas More Law Center for taking our case.

I had never before commented about a CBS Sports article on the CBS Sports website. A few minutes ago I did for the first time. In the article the sportswriter said the comments from Sophie Cunningham were controversial. My main point was to say it is not controversial to say that men should not play sports against women in almost all situations. The moderator rejected my comment so it does not show. Crazy to censor such a basic common sense comment. Reminds me of what Twitter would be like if Elon Musk did not buy it.

"her takes too turbulent"
Wanting only women to play in women's sports is too turbulent for the WNBA?

Buckner seems to forget the W in @WNBA stand for women. There was nothing wrong with what Sophie said originally. It’s the response from WNBA that made it blow up.
The policy is the problem, not Sophie Cunningham

Kallie was sexually assaulted during a wrestling match—by an opponent she later learned was male.
She hasn’t wrestled since. Washington state refuses to protect her from facing male opponents.
We’ve asked SCOTUS to intervene so she can return to the sport she loves. 🧵⬇️

Title IX is sex. It is for women.
The Biden rule used “LGBTQ” to put woke gender ideology into locker rooms and sports.
I voted for this. I am gay, and this is not a gay right. Girls need their categories back. Gay means men who want men. The alphabet mafia does not get to rewrite the law.

No, this is not true.
The Trump administration simply undid the unlawful redefinition of "sex" in Title IX.
Title IX still exists, and it continues to protect students from sex discrimination as it was originally intended to do.
Please stop misleading your readers.

Muskegon County responded to the first of three public-records requests with a $1,133.26 fee estimate and demanded a $566.63 deposit before processing it 🤡
So I immediately appealed. It cannot possibly cost $1,133.26 to find a few emails about me.
First it was Campanelli trying to stonewall me by taking over the initial FOIA request. Now the county is just as corrupt for putting this price tag on some internal emails. They are trying to cover their asses and protect her. I’m not new at this.
Folks, where there’s smoke there’s fire 🔥
Last night, I filed a formal excessive-fee appeal under Michigan FOIA. This morning, I escalated that appeal directly to the Muskegon County Board of Commissioners. I mean as in each and every single individual board member, as well as cc’ing the FOIA coordinator who thought this wasn’t being appealed.
I’m challenging all three fees as the other two requests coming in will probably attempt more insane fees for internal emails.
$1,133.26 to obtain public records about what happened to me in some emails. Nah.
Public records belong to the public.
Transparency should not come with a ransom note.

First the hit piece on Riley Gaines, now the piece on Jennifer Sey, where the "big reveal" seems to be that they have made money.
I'm seeing a pattern with Mother Jones trying to tear down successful women, arguing that because one woman makes money on speaking events (which apparently she should be doing for free) and another makes money selling clothing (which, you know, is usually what clothing companies do) that their support of fair sport for women and girls somehow is dimished.
Yet, Mother Jones also profits from its articles. They disparage Sey's company for making 1 million in profit, but the Mother Jones outlet made 2 million in 2025.
Per Cause IQ, The Center for Investigative Reporting, the company that produces Mother Jones, raked in 22 million in grants and donations, over 6 million in grants alone.
The CIR is a nonprofit organization, but their employees still make a salary, with their top officers making almost 300k per year.
Why are they not working for free, and because they make money, does that make them all grifters?
Jennifer Sey, the founder of XX-XY Athletics, a sportswear startup that openly calls transgender people’s identity a “lie,” has spent the last two and a half years stoking the flames of the national panic over trans athletes.

Hi @msjpauly. We couldn’t help but notice that your shallow hit-piece mysteriously manages to hype the “right-wing MAGA” boogeyman while completely ignoring the large number of liberals standing alongside @JenniferSey. Misrepresenting the broad, bipartisan fight for the sex-based rights of women and girls is a bad take. Writing that men who damage their endocrine systems are magically women is just embarrassing.

This is what “preventive care” looks like in America in 2026.
A patient goes in for the annual physical her insurance promised would be covered. She mentions anxiety and bloating. The clinic later bills her $216 because, and I quote the billing office: “Insurances pay once a year for a physical—which is just that. A physical, no problems can be discussed.”
Read that again.
No problems can be discussed.
What, exactly, is the point of a “preventative physical” if the patient is not allowed to mention the conditions she is trying to prevent?
There is no healthy adult walking around with zero medical concerns. Anxiety. Bloating. Fatigue. Sleep. Weight. Blood pressure that is starting to creep. A family history that suddenly feels relevant. These are not “problem visits.” These are the exact conversations that turn a checkbox exam into actual prevention.
The current coding and payment rules punish that conversation. The moment a physician documents a concern and uses clinical judgment, the visit can be reclassified from a no-cost preventive service into an evaluation-and-management visit subject to deductible and copay. Clinics know this. Insurers know this. Hospital systems that own those clinics know this. The patient is the last person told.
The result is predictable:
• Patients learn to stay silent so they do not get a surprise bill.
• Early, cheap problems become late, expensive ones.
• Physicians are trained by RVUs and modifier-25 rules to treat humans as either “well” or “sick,” never as people who need both screening and counsel in the same 20 minutes.
• Insurers keep the premium and deny the claim. Hospital systems bill the higher code. The patient pays twice—once in premiums, again at the window.
This is a billing product dressed up as wellness, and it has nothing to do with medicine.
@SecKennedy @RobertKennedyJr @DrOz @DrOzCMS @CMSGov @POTUS — you have the authority to end this farce.
Require that a covered annual preventive visit include the discussion of common symptoms and risk factors without automatically converting the encounter into a separately billed problem visit.
Mandate clear, written notice before the visit if any conversation may trigger cost-sharing. Stop letting the CPT codebook decide whether a doctor is allowed to listen.
Prevention that forbids the patient from speaking is not remotely close to prevention. It is a trap that makes Americans sicker and the people who run the billing departments richer.
Fix the rule. Do it now.
Every adult who has ever sat in that exam room already knows this is broken. They are waiting for someone in Washington to admit it.

WNBA commissioner Cathy Englebert will be retiring at end of season. Totally unsurprising, but good news.

🔥SOPHIE CUNNINGHAM FOR SIXTH PLAYER OF THE YEAR.
You’ve probably seen it all over your timeline but WHAT DOES THE AWARD ACTUALLY MEAN?
The WNBA’s Sixth Player of the Year goes to the league’s best player who comes off the bench more often than she starts.
It’s not the “sixth-best player.”
🔥It’s the player who comes in and changes the game … Sophie has made one hell of a case:
• 8.4 points per game
• 47.6% from the field
• 44.1% from three
• Energy, defense and toughness the second she hits the floor
Sophie started the season in the lineup, accepted a move to the bench and turned that role into a weapon for Indiana.
She hasn’t won the award yet but now you know why you keep seeing:
SOPHIE FOR SIXTH PLAYER🏀🔥

As a gay man, this is the point.
Any ideology that lets a man declare himself a woman dissolves the sex categories that make same-sex attraction coherent.
LGB was about orientation based on sex. TQ+ is about rewriting sex itself. They are not the same project.
Ordinary gay people never asked for this, and we are not required to defend it. Cut the forced teaming. Sex is real.
