Why would you keep looping on other platforms and monitoring positions when Looputo makes your looping a set-and-forget strategy?
Check out the automated leveraged looping experience on Looputo. Users set the amount and leverage, then everything else is automated. No-brainer, easy enough for all IQ 50s.
There is no more health factor or LTV on screen that you need to worry about — just zap in and enjoy the yield. (If you're smart enough, you know what we will bring to you through the little star next to the double-digit APY.)
Following the release of our docs this Wednesday, many asked how Looputo differs from existing looping protocols.
Looputo is built for fully automated leveraged looping. Liquidation and negative carry risks are handled automatically, making it a true set-and-forget strategy. There’s no need to constantly monitor health factors, LTV, or borrow costs.
Other looping protocols typically only offer one-click entry. After that, monitoring and adjustments are left entirely to the user.
That’s the difference: full automation versus manual management after entry.

Protection shouldn’t mean a lock-up.
On Looputo, your leveraged loop stays automated, and you can exit anytime instantly.
No queue. No lock-up. No delay.
A loop position earns until it doesn’t. The curves below show what happens next.
- Without negative carry protection, equity stops compounding once borrow costs turn against you.
- Without liquidation protection, one drawdown cuts it down, and it doesn’t come back.
With both on, Looputo keeps the position earning. Same loop. Different outcome.
Security comes first at Looputo.
Pool parameters can only be set through the Factory, by a 3-of-5 admin multisig.
Contract upgrades go through the Beacon, behind a 48-hour timelock. Even if a key is compromised, nothing upgrades immediately. Every change waits 48 hours, visible to everyone on-chain.
No single key. No silent upgrade. gLooputo.
Your loop strategy. We automate it.
One-click loopers give you no automation. Looping vaults lock you in at a fixed leverage.
Looputo does both — and the rest:
- Automation after opening
- Liquidation protection
- Negative carry protection
- Leverage drift correction
- Leverage selection
- Risk isolation
- Instant exit
Set the loop. We run it. You enjoy farming.
Each market in Looputo is a looping layer on a lending protocol such as @aave , @Morpho or @sparkfinance . One yield-bearing collateral, one borrow asset, one shared pool.
Deposit into that pool and it opens the loop at the leverage you chose. What you receive is not a single vault token.
A typical vault mints one token to every depositor. PnL is distributed in the same proportion across them, which forces the pool onto a single leverage. Conservative and aggressive risk cannot coexist within the same vault.
Looputo keeps the ERC-4626 mechanic and splits it across both legs of the loop. Collateral shares are a 4626-style claim on the pool’s supplied collateral and grow as that collateral earns yield. Debt shares are a 4626-style claim on the pool’s borrowed debt and grow with the borrow rate. The two balances are minted together at deposit. Two indices carry all accrual.
A user’s collateral, debt, and equity are just their pro-rata claims on each side. Leverage is the ratio between those two balances, set when capital enters. That is why 2x and 10x can sit in the same market: same pool, same underlying protocol, different share ratios. Execution goes through one pool. Each position’s leverage sits in its own share ratio.

We integrate Kyber’s liquidity layer to give loopers better depth and execution quality.
Liquidity that actually serves loop farming.
Loop farming, but automated. All with Institutional-grade risk control.

Looping is never about the entry. It’s about the exit.
The times you get out decide your final profit. Get the timing wrong, negative carry and liquidation can wipe it out.
Looputo takes care of that after you enter. It cuts leverage before liquidation, leaves short carry swings alone, unwinds when losses last, and pegs leverage back when it drifts.
Entry opens the loop. The exit is what keeps the yield.
1/ Looputo 103: Leverage Peg for Your Looping Position
A looping position’s leverage does not stay where you set it. As yield accrues on collateral and interest accrues on debt, leverage drifts away from target.
Under positive carry, equity grows faster than the position, so leverage slowly decays. Left uncorrected, a 10x position quietly becomes a 9x one.
Leverage Peg keeps it where you set it.
2/ Leverage Peg monitors each position continuously and compares current leverage with its target.
Rebalancing is threshold-based, not continuous: small drifts are left alone so the position is not churned by gas and execution costs. A rebalance only fires when the drift is large enough to change the position’s risk and return profile.
1/ Looputo 102: Negative Carry Protection for Your Looping Position
A looping position amplifies yield by capturing carry with leverage, where:
carry = yield − borrow rate
Most of the time, carry stays positive and profit accrues. But borrow costs can spike and exceed yield. Worse, at high leverage, a −1% loss rate can quickly become a more than −10% bleed.
Looputo is built to handle exactly this.
3/ When negative carry persists because of abnormal market conditions, Looputo’s keeper bots unwind the looping position in the most efficient way possible — minimizing fees and slippage, and protecting users from unnecessary losses.
