The greatest thing I've ever seen in a founder's office was an "𝗙 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹." Every person who doubted, slighted, or rejected him.  He kept track of all of it. I almost wanted to write the check right then and there. As an athlete, I have my own version of that wall. It's just mental. All the people who said I wasn't athletic enough, wouldn't stick, or had a weird shot. Even the opportunities I didn't get or the people taken over me.  You remember all of those things. It's a little Jordan-esque, and maybe even irrational. But I've started to realize how much elite founders and elite athletes have in common. At some point, talent is everywhere. What separates people is often how long they can stay obsessed, how they respond to being told no, and whether doubt discourages them or becomes fuel. A pitch deck can tell me what you're building, but an F You Wall tells me why you might actually survive long enough to build it. At the end of the day, we’re all delusional anyway.
