"Rational and quick-witted, Architects think for themselves, not to mention... seeing right through phoniness and hypocrisy... because their minds are never at rest... STRUGGLE TO FIND people who can keep up with their nonstop analysis of everything around them."
Yup.

You’ve probably never heard this but civilization was a mistake.

I am not running 20-30 subagents, pretty much ever. But there's a reason everything serious is built in linux.
(and by serious I mean VMs, cloud agents, cloud infra, etc...)

Most anyone can shit out apps now. But the folks with great taste, obsessive attention to detail, and the discipline to follow every user story all the way through are the ones who’ll win at software in the age of agents.
Powered by OSC7501! The implementation seems obvious, but @almonk went into the dungeon for weeks toiling over TINY details around when exactly to show different UI states and it feels amazing.
Everyone at Superlogical all agreed we've never used any activity inbox in any context before because they're all too noisy or degrade to "email but worse" (e.g. GitHub notifications). So our benchmark was: can we build an activity inbox that we actually use?
Like I said, on the surface I think this visually looks unsurprising, but its not as simple as "program has activity lets show an attention icon." Lots of heuristics and other signals as input to decide what exactly to show when.
This is also the first task in the 4 months of Superlogical existening that I've seen Al say "this is hard." The man was sweating over this one.
SO FAR, this one is passing the test and testers so far seem very pleased. But we're still iterating hard.
It's very important that we don't concede open source to socialists and communists. Capitalism is the greatest engine of growth and prosperity the world has ever seen. Open source is a great technique for aiding and accelerating it.

💯 I have yet to see another Omarchy app (beyond a few) which fully captures the terminal-feel of Linux. Originally, this was the point of Omarchy, though the trend has digressed else-place. Every time I activate this widget via key-bind.. Absolute satisfaction and hacker glory.

Hey friends. A lot of you have watched me build Omastorm in public, a live weather radar that lives in your Omarchy bar.
@Omarchy is home and always will be. But I’m expanding, and I’m working to bring it to other desktops, your phone, and even your car.
Want to help? A GitHub star gets it in front of more people, and sponsoring helps fund what’s next.

This quote from Steve Jobs lives rent free in my head...
"People who are genuinely great at something don't compete. They don't care about being compared to others because they're so deep in their own lane that comparison would be a waste of time. They just do their thing."
"This is not the time to doom, baby. This is the time to bloom. Intellectually, spiritually, and productively. Put down your anxieties, arrest your neurotic impulses, and decide to be happy about the present, the future, and..." world.hey.com/dhh/what-on-ea…

Such a beautiful app, super proud of what Omastorm has become. Working through some bug fixes, dead code removal and refactoring this evening. Feels good to trim the fat.
