These piracy debates going between Japanese people and foreigners have gotten very extreme. It's wild some of the takes people have.
However, it's also devolved into blatant racism and it's really ugly.
People are showing their true colors and this is sad and exhausting to see.

I do think it needs to be pointed out that Grok is uniquely terrible at translating Japanese. Most AI translators are pretty bad but, like DeepL and Gemini are at least able to provide something workable most of the time. Grok is like 40% hallucinations & misinterpretations.
