We are seeing a dramatic increase in tarnished plant bug adults in cotton plots at DREC this week. Square retention plummeting in untreated plots. Plenty of nymphs to be found as well. Do not get behind on plant bug management. Scout!

Plenty of rice out there looking puny and pale. Recent cool days / frost, high winds, dry air making it rough for young rice. Need some rain and warm temps. Extra fert or other products aren’t the cure. Rain & warm temps on the way, but sun & slow winds may be a while. #ARrice
