The best part of this ( derogatory ) is that one of their surviellance drones could be hovering 5 feet outside of your window and you would have no right to stop them and would be prosecuted by the FAA for shooting it down.

Part of Lawrence Halprin's iconic vision, it and other famous public art would be removed in subsequent redesigns of the Mall. Today the same area is little more than a concrete slab intended for holding corporate events.
