⭐ What Are We Looking For?
We are looking to recruit students who are interested in the science of the workplace. We value students with research experience, but it is not required. Undergrad psychology and business students, IO Masters and MBAs, current practitioners welcome!
Specifically, we research topics such as emotions, diversity/equity/inclusion, entrepreneurial cognition, leadership, personality, research methods, sense-making and sense-giving, corporate social responsibility, and many other topics. Faculty intros here: carmattu.com/mgmt-intros/
Students are involved in research from the very start, working with faculty in an apprenticeship-style model. The Management Area at TTU has faculty specializing in areas such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, & Strategy!
