🎯 A stop-loss should be placed where your trading scenario is no longer valid. If it’s too close to the entry price, a normal market fluctuation may close the trade too early. First identify the level that invalidates your setup, then calculate your position size based on your risk. 👇 Where do you usually place your stop-loss? my.litefinance.org/trading?u…

📱 Your phone dies, and you can't open your crypto wallet. How do you get back in? This is where the seed phrase you saved when setting up your wallet comes in. A seed phrase is a sequence of usually 12 or 24 words that lets you restore access to your crypto in a compatible wallet. Keeping it safe is essential, as notes apps and cloud photos could leave it exposed to others, while a paper copy could be damaged by water 🔐 Our new article explains how crypto seed phrases work and how to store them securely. 🔑 Read More litefinance.org/blog/for-beg…

😤 Price breaks the key level, triggers your stop-loss order, and then reverses, leaving you on the sidelines. This is a liquidity sweep. Larger traders push the price into areas where retail traders’ stop-losses are clustered to fill their own orders, and then move the price in the opposite direction. You can usually spot it by a false breakout, where a candle pierces the level with a long wick before the price quickly reverses 📉 This pattern is easiest to see on the H1 and H4 charts. Our new article explains how a liquidity sweep differs from a liquidity grab and how to use Smart Money Concepts in your trading. 🔍 Read Now litefinance.org/blog/for-beg…

📈 A trade can move well into profit before reversing and hitting your stop-loss. A trailing stop automatically moves the stop-loss level as the price moves in your favour, helping protect some of your profit if the market pulls back. You can set it up in MetaTrader with LiteFinance. 👇 Do you use a trailing stop? my.litefinance.org/trading?u…

🎯 Not every chart pattern gives a clear direction. With bilateral patterns, the price can go either up or down. Bilateral patterns form when buyers and sellers are in balance. The price fluctuates within a tightening range, and direction becomes clear only after a breakout. That’s why traders don’t enter early and wait for a confirmed breakout instead. 📊 Find out how to trade Symmetrical, Ascending, and Descending triangles in our new article. 📈 Read Article litefinance.org/blog/for-beg…

📊 Judge your results by the Sharpe or Sortino ratio, not just your net P&L. The Sharpe ratio compares returns to overall volatility, while the Sortino ratio looks mainly at downside swings. A 30% gain with wild ups and downs and a 25% gain with a smooth equity curve are two very different strategies ⚖️ One simple number can tell you a lot more about how well you really trade. 📈 Get More Tips my.litefinance.org/trading?u…

😱 In 2026, the Fear and Greed Index fell to 5, lower than during the COVID-19 pandemic and the FTX collapse. Investors were gripped by extreme fear and rushed to sell. The index tracks crypto market sentiment on a scale from 0 to 100. It combines six factors: volatility, market momentum and volume, social media activity, surveys, Bitcoin dominance, and Google Trends data. Historically, extreme fear has sometimes presented buying opportunities, while extreme greed has pointed to potentially overbought conditions 📊 However, it’s no crystal ball. The index reflects the current market mood and doesn’t predict prices. Trying to predict tomorrow’s price with it is basically a coin flip. Our latest article explains how to read the index correctly and use it to manage risk. 📉 Read Now litefinance.org/blog/for-beg…

🧠 Look for parameter stability—not the “perfect” setting. If a strategy works only with an EMA of 37 but falls apart with 35 or 40, that’s a warning sign. A robust system should perform reasonably well across a range of parameters rather than relying on one very specific setting. 📊 A single "perfect” result can be a sign of overfitting—a strategy that fits historical data exceptionally well but may struggle in live markets. 📈 More Trading Tips Here my.litefinance.org/trading?u…
