Cannabis users had less cognitive decline from age 20 to 64 than non-users!
Researchers compared intelligence-test scores from about age 20 and age 64 in 5,162 Danish men, along with lifestyle data.
Men who had used cannabis showed less cognitive decline over roughly 44 years than non-users.
Starting younger or using more often was not linked to greater decline.
Overall, the study found no significant harmful effect of cannabis use on age-related cognitive decline.

The latest federal cannabis survey is out. Here are some of the biggest takeaways:
📌 21.4 million Americans use the plant daily or near-daily, compared with 17.2 million for alcohol.
📌 Youth use has fallen from 14.2% to 8.7% since 2011.
📌 61.6 million Americans reported using herb in the past year.
📌 Smoking mremains the most common method (74.8%), followed by edibles and beverages (49.2%) and vapes (39.2%).
