Your buyers stopped searching and started asking. If you are not in the answer, you do not exist to them. When did you last read what the answer says about you?

We moved our marketing team into the same room as our product and dev teams. We did not run out of space. We ran out of reasons to keep them apart. Marketing is changing fast. It is moving quicker, getting bolder, and becoming more technical than ever. Our product and dev teams are already deeply involved in the day-to-day of marketing. The teams share ideas, solve problems and spend so much time working together that separate rooms simply stopped making sense. So, we made the room match the way we already work. Now, the people who market the product, shape the product, and build the product sit together. They share context, challenge assumptions, and turn ideas into action faster. The future of marketing will not be built by marketing alone. It will be built by marketing, product, and dev working as one. In the photo: our incredible marketing, dev, and product teams, together in one room.

One insight. Five times the AI visitors. That is what happens when you can see which of your pages the models are actually reading, instead of guessing. Do you know which of yours they read most? limy.ai/case-studies/cloudzo…

Your brand showed up in ChatGPT. That's one answer, not a pattern. Here's a practical starting protocol: 3 AI tools × 5 fixed versions of the same buying question × 7 days = 105 observations 105 isn't a magic number or an industry standard. It's a way to test the three variables most teams ignore: tool, wording, and time. Before day 1: - Freeze the prompts and testing conditions. - Define what "mentioned," "recommended," and "accurate" mean. - Preserve every raw answer. - Report each tool separately. - Disclose failed runs. No mystery score, no cherry-picked screenshot. One answer is a moment. The pattern is what you can act on. Run the other 104 before you trust the first one.

Last time you checked how your brand shows up in AI, what did you actually look at? How often you appear, or where you rank in the answer? Most people only ever check one.

Being the biggest name in your category used to carry weight everywhere. Direct traffic and word of mouth followed your size, no extra work required. In AI search, none of that transfers automatically. Ask the model who leads your category. Did it say you?

X published exactly how it ranks posts. Every weight, every action, all public. Copying a link and pasting it elsewhere is weighted 20 times higher than a repost. Photos and video barely register on their own. Nobody has done that for how ChatGPT or Google AI Overview pick what to cite. You're optimizing for a system that won't show you its work.

Half the AI search advice on here describes something that does not exist in any documentation anywhere. The other half is llms.txt. What is the worst advice you have seen?

Google shows you what people typed into Google. Nothing shows you what they typed into ChatGPT. What would you do first if you could see those questions tomorrow?

Ask ChatGPT and Gemini the same question about your category. You can come first in one and not show up at all in the other. Same brand. Same week. Most teams check one and call it their AI visibility. It is really four different answers, and they often disagree. When you win on one and lose on another, that is good news. It means your content is fine. That one engine just prefers a different kind of source for that topic. Usually you can work out why in an afternoon. Which one do you actually check?

Adding an llms.txt file will not fix your AI visibility. It does not block anything, and companies like OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic never agreed to read it. What is the most oversold fix you have been offered?

You can be number one in your industry and number eleven in the AI answer. Only one of those is what your buyer sees. Have you checked where you come up for your own category?

Your AI Assistant row in Google Analytics is not your AI traffic. Read Google's own definition. The channel excludes AI Overviews and AI Mode. Google's own AI answers get counted as organic search instead. Google names five examples and says sources like, not sources are. The list it actually matches against is never published, so you cannot check what is in it or when it changes. So the row that looks like your AI traffic leaves out the biggest AI surface on the internet, and will not tell you what else it leaves out. Whatever number you see there, it is a floor, not a total. What does your AI Assistant row say? support.google.com/analytics…

X made its ranking algorithm public. One line in it explains something we argue about all the time in AI search. X does not count your likes. It guesses how likely you are to like a post, then scores the post on that guess. ChatGPT picks its sources the same way. It does not count how many times a brand gets mentioned. It guesses which source is the best answer to that one question. So being talked about a lot is not the same as being picked. Two different things. The biggest brand in a category can be missing from the answer completely. We see it every week. What number does your team trust that it probably should not?

What does your brand look like to an AI agent? Most #AISearch talks are slides and predictions. This one isn't. On June 30, Limy CEO @ShamnyAviv shows it live: brands you know, the real Limy data behind each, and the Agent-Led Growth playbook. You'll see who the agent picks, who it skips, and why.
