Neither your hotline agent nor your digital apps and assistants had any clue until now. Trying to view the flight on your website only leads to a loading error. According to your app, we’re already in the air… Seriously? This is incredibly frustrating and turns traveling with kids into a complete farce. The hotline agent said we’d be rebooked within 30 minutes – still no SMS or email from you.
