The progress of our Community Garden space has been helped by the support of volunteers Robbie, Barbara and Sophie who have been coming in on Wednesday mornings to work on the garden and provide workshops for guests. Thank you for your hard work and support! 🙌💛

Yesterday, we were in Cathedral Square to promote our work, the Great Eastern Run campaign, and to provide health outreach to those homeless but not already engaging with us or health services. We also gave out bottled water to people. @BoroughburyGP @changegrowlive @CPFT_NHS.

Thank you again to staff from @CaterpillarInc who came in yesterday to help clear our garden. As well as making the grounds neater and ready for new plants, they restored our beloved Garden House sign! ☺️🙏

The wonderful Paul was in again today to provide haircuts for our guests. There's a before & after photo with Miroslaw (you can see the positive impact a haircut can have by the smile on his face afterwards) as well as Emma who received a lot of compliments after her haircut. 💇

A big thank you to WO2 Andrew and the @BritishArmy as well as Lisa and @StarzFostering for donating a range of clothing to the Garden House. They have supported us on numerous occasions and the items really do benefit our guests. 🙏💛

Abdi is one of many people we have supported in our Asylum Seeker Wellbeing Cafes so far. He has now moved onto pastures new but before he left Peterborough, he wrote a lovely message regarding the support he received.
